Report was a CT Scan was performed at the hospital on Saturday and he received a clean bill of health. Not sure if he visited the Dr. this past Monday or if he's been officially cleared to play Friday.

He's doing just fine. Was out of the hospital within hours afterwards. My understanding was, he was headed to visit another Dr. on Monday. I look to see him on the field Friday night!!!

Sproles played at K-State. No reason why Lindsey couldn't go D-I as well with his talent(s).

BC defense was outstanding. CS had 1 big play that was the difference. Impressed with the play of the cards. A play here or there & it could have gone the way of BC. Outstanding season!

I watched a 2000 WOS team that had very little offense in the regular season find a way win to all the way to the State Title game.  Ozen, Bay City, PNG and Nederland are the regular season games that come to mind.

Between that year and '97 and '87 were arguably the best defenses WOS has ever had. Looking at this year, were not getting the shutouts, but arent giving many points up. If we can get the offense on par then we could be a team to be reckoned with.

Looks as if the Chaingang is rounding into form along with the special teams play. The offense still has some work to do, but will be ready come playoff time! No worries here.  :)

Mustangs get it done AGAIN. Somehow, someway with their 'D' & Special Teams play they will find a way. 2 outta 3 phases of the game won = a WIN.

If the bobcats play the way the played against WO-S then the Cats have a chance. Will need to play their game...Ball Control. BC can score in a hurry. Can't afford to give up too many big plays! I still give the edge to BC. Give 'em heck Bobcats!

Defense wins Championships. Having said that...simply due to the history of Mustang football and their over-all success, I'm saying Mustangs 20-12 over BC. Based on the new offense implemented etc., most of us Mustangs understood there just might be several low scoring affairs. And well, that's exactly what's happened! Looking forward to a fun night of Mustang football!  ;D

Starting center is out due to grades. The back-up center (was the starter, but lost the job). Which one left the team? Either way, it's never good to see a kid quit.

Unless you're anything other than a student athlete, trainer etc. or employee of WOCCISD, no one should be in attendance at practice. Coach T. is doing the right thing here. My opinion.

I agree.  I know Coach T has his hands full now but that is something that needs to be instilled in this group of coaches.  His in-game adjustments were 2nd to none.
