Parent files civil lawsuit against Carthage

Not good at all. -
That is awful. If this is true: 1. The kid should have been removed from athletics 2. He should have been charged and prosecuted far beyond the "slap on the wrist" he got. 3. Administrators who new of this and did nothing should be fired. 4. If the coach new of this and allowed him to continue to play, he should be fired too.

Dallas Cowboys 2018
Tigers2010 replied to Ty Cobb's topic in Professional Sports- NFL, NBA, MLB, Etc
Dallas is great at getting their "true fans" to buy into every pick they make, especially in the top of the draft. I try not to hate, but, Dak Prescott's top target as of now is Allen Hurns. Let that sink in. If Witten retires, god help him. I know, I know Cowboy fan..Van whatever is going to be an absolute stud next to the all-reliable Sean Lee. And yes, I am sure, his red flagged injury status will not come into play. -

From Mayock's conference call on Leighton Vander Esch: "He wears that neck brace for a reason. He's got a cervical issue, and teams around the league right now are having the conversation about how bad or good is it really and at what level should we draft him?" — Paul Emery (@UKDraftFan) April 21, 2018 -

ICMYI- per sources some teams medically flunked Boise State linebacker Leighton Vander Esch. Other teams did not, teams split on if he goes in the first round. [Hidden Content] — Charlie Campbell (@DraftCampbell) April 16, 2018 -

LeBron is having to do EVERYTHING, play at such a high level, just to get past the Pacers. Think about that for a second. We thought this team would lose in the Finals. This team isn't getting out of the East. Turible

Is this confirmed? Grad?

HJ is a basketball school. IMO, there would be no problem hiring a basketball guy to be the AD. It would limit your HFC search, sure. You would most likely get a younger guy that may not be as "high profile" as another, but who cares. HJ is not a football school anyway.

Early recruiting popular but risky for young players

It is like getting a girl a promise ring. Or getting engaged for a four year period before marriage. -

It is risky if you commit as a freshman or sophomore and shut your recruitment process down. I would say commit when you want, but keep your recruitment open and continue the process. -
This was started by Dove, and contributed to by more than the "usual 7"

Nobody in the East is very good. If the Cavs gets bounced, it opens it up to everybody. Boston can best Philly with what they have. I wouldn't be shocked if they upset the Raptors. We all have seen Lowrey and DeRozan disappear. I don't think they will, but it's not as far of a stretch as some believe. They have the best young coach in the league. Tatum and Brown are future stars. I can't wait for them to be healthy. LeBron better head West, the East won't be his anymore.

Breaking down the schedule now, I would say 9-7. -
