I've been to a few football games and the winning programs usually have the best followings. But a school that doesn't have the tradition of playoffs year end and out but always support their school is Vidor.

I know I'm dating myself but I was a toddler when BC beat WO 21-20 as WO missed the xp. Worster ran all over the field that day, including down Western Ave.

With Jackson, Angelle, Bolton, Coleman and Day swinging it from left side look for HF maybe to throw a lefty. You can bet BC will come out with Angelle and that nasty curveball.

3A)-Untill someone in 3A takes BC into the 6th inning of a district game which hasn't been done in 2 years, I would say they are the big dog , big cheeze or whatever in their district. 4A)-Big Ned at home gives them slight advantage.

I know some of those kids on Memorial and it's shame they have to suffer. Something must be done.

BC would probably take em either way. Belt has thrown 3 no hitters so far in district but I feel it's a weaker district than ours. With Haymond back at full strength, Stringer and Meeks throwing well 3 game series could benefit BC.

Bridge City, last years Austin rep should be on collision course again with Lufkin Hudson. Looks like Kevin Angelle (BC) and Brandon Belt (LH) could match up again down the road as Lufkin Hudson is currently Hudson 5 - 0 Crockett 3 - 2 Central 3 - 2 Huntington 3 - 2 Rusk 3 - 2 Diboll 2 - 3 Pale ...

Brenham is a Texas tradition in baseball. I can remember John Peters on the cover SI for Brenham winning something like 56 straight ballgames from the mound in his high school career, until WOS stopped the streak in the early 80's.
