Parents, great idea let your kid quit while the other kids bust their butts,and the kid that quits plays just baseball, golf, whatever then when football comes around the quitter gets to play again..... Bad idea unless they is severe punishment

well if he knows baseball he will not have any trouble getting a head job elsewhere , i am sure schools are in line to hire him

i am not going to say all football coaches know that rule, but MOST do,i coached football and i knew the rule , jeff is a smart guy , just got caught, he will move forward and be ok , jeff is very good for his program

i agree with raider attendence cant be much worst, i went to the last few games last year. and getting thug rejects from other programs and jc's does not seem to help, if you are going to play texas college you could win with west brook or ozen talent ,  and other schools in the area, so why not go local? but it is same with most of lamar sports , not out of area or state but out of country.....which makes no sense

the school board hired him , now they want to run the program, they have abiut 4 or 5 coaches that need to go , let harris do that , i went to hamshire and coached at hf , have a kid there , if the board would keep thies big mouths and noses out of his business then he might stay and bring them back to be respectful, bottom line LET HIM DO HIS JOB !

No firing here , just letting the coach do his job and getting a kick out of the people in the stands thinking y'all can do a better job, if you think it is easy you go get a degree and coach

There is one thing I have found out about png fans, they have the fastest biggest and best players in the state of Texas , if they don't win state every year it's the coaches fault , not the players , fc better start looking

Money, that's the key , all left for more money, tarver left because the board would not update anything, then the board got two coaches that were at best not good, price started to turn things and I think Harris will too just give him time,

Besides george the other back was Anthony Simon , who might have. Been the BEST back in HF history!
