Far as I know EC and Hendo have never played. Dont know much about the Birds except they have sent Carthage home twice in the last few years. That is enough for me to have a lot of respect for them.

El Campo will use Henderson like a mop. After this one the Lions will rattle their hocks back to the house toting the big "L". I'm serious.
Didn't you say something similar before last weeks game? I dont think picking hsfb games is your calling in life.
JK...This is going to be a great game that can go either way. I have it as a tossup.

I do believe this is going to be one of the best matchups in this classification this week. I wish this were a 3rd or 4th round game, I believe these are arguably the best two teams in region 3. Should be a great game. Go Ricebirds!!!
Should be a great game with contrasting styles.

Kilgore...until Stafford proves they can get it done. Im not convinced..................
-
This is going to be a good one.

Carthage rolls.

LCM had trouble with ball security and Henderson got real sloppy after building a big lead. Bears ran the ball pretty well but just could not sustain it. Hendo offense did what it does. Lions and Ricebirds next Friday night in Humble. Gonna be a 4 qtr dog fight. Good night ya'll.

Go get'em Lions!

Good luck to the Lions! I've been to quite a few Lions games over the years. My wife is a proud graduate of HHS. Good thing the game is on a Friday that way the town can get out and enjoy the Syrup Festival on Saturday!
Yep...Syrup Festival is a big deal here. If you leave the SF hungry its your own fault lol

Good game but dawgs by 7-10.

Good luck Riders.

Kilgore only put 29 up against Navasota? Makes you wonder.
Wonder about what?

Safe travels to our friends from LCM and good luck to the Bears...but not TOO MUCH good luck
-
Yep...closer than I expected too. Kilgore has been pretty inconsistent. "Good Kilgore" beat Henderson and Carthage..."Bad Kilgore" lost to Center.
-
I dont think Silsbee has enough D to win this one...but they have a shot.
-
If the Center O that put 40 on Kilgore shows up they have a punchers chance...but the D has to get some stops...and Im not sure that will happen.

LC-M school district has around 18260 in its school zone and it's probably higher then that now. We are also open enrollment school. I think we had a 1058 last year. I've never been to Henderson thanks for the information
You haven't missed a whole lot. Hendersons claim to fame is that we have the oldest Dairy Queen in Texas lol

Oh ok. I was thinking y'all would have had more
Hendersons population is only about 13,000 and Full Armor Christian Academy siphons off quite a few kids from HISD,

Maybe LC-M will get a chance to work on some things after they put Henderson away early. Henderson way overrated.
Anything can happen...but Im pretty confident. Not a good matchup for LCM in my opinion.

What's Henderson enrollment?
I think around 875

As long as Henderson is not looking ahead to a monster region 3 showdown with El Campo next week I expect the Lions to have this one nailed down by mid third qtr.
-
Pound for pound...'83 Daingerfield Tigers.

LCM was in the I formation in that clip. Aren't they primarily a spread team?
10-1 Henderson vs 11-0 El Campo
