Well, I keep hearing about Plusone and what he has said. Let's talk about why is no longer here. First, he accused another poster of running a meth lab and I told him to cool it, but that was not good enough for him and he continued to engage. So that bought him his first banishment, only a night, which I thought may get his attention. However, it was only a few weeks later when he changed his screen name to a word that I had told another poster was inappropriate just a couple of days earlier. Warnings to change his name only caused him to choose inappropriate alternatives. Given that he had no regard for the rules of this board, he was given a permanent vacation.
The shame of all of this is that Coach Ro is a great guy and lucky for Crosby, a great coach, too. I hurt for him and the kids as they deserved a better fate than what met them last night. However, for Crosby posters to walk around since September, discussing how weak the football is "east of the Trinity" only to have their beloved team bow out in the same round as members of the district (particularly PNG and Nederland) that they spoke down to and then claim "bias" when the emperor is shown to have no clothes, well:

Please stop all the excuses about how Crosby lost yesterday plz and thank you
what excuse have you seen? I have seen from each Crosby poster I know that we got beat by a better team all the way around. Haven't complained about refs or the such. Haven't seen my old favorite of 'they just wanted it more'.
So yes this thread is worthless attempt to take a shot.

The shots are fired at some certain fans, not the team. Let's get that straight.
I politely disagree. And never have 1 or 2 people controlled my behavior. I control my own. Some feel justified to take shots because of 1 or 2 fans.....speaks volumes.

We know who they are. Even those who give us crap are good people. Its no sweat. Even know the game pretty well. Like most fans thises couple do wear Red colored glasses but most of us do that as well.
still polishing my red rose colored glasses. Love my team, love my community. Sad to see them lose. Last year's team will always have a special place in my heart but that doesn't have anything to do with this year's team, just personal.
well deserved congratulations to Ridge Point. Yes, the cheerleaders were BA.
Those that want to take personal shots at this year's team......character speaks volumes.

I do have a serious question. Now that there are some 22-5a teams in the 2nd Round at what point do we start to criticize the level of opponents they have faced? Just wondering when the old 'if you had gone Dx you would have never made it that far' comes out. I know we took a lot of that nonsense. Too soon?

Was there a flag thrown on the first TD, the 90yd run? Watching highlights on the news and it showed the side judge on Crosby side getting taken down while chasing the the play by what looked like a Crosby photographer.
he tripped over the camera man and flipped in the air.....flag fell out of his pocket no penalty was called

so essentially this thread exist because you can't tell the difference between excuses and a discussion about school sizes in 5a.
Yesterday I made a comment about them now being a 6a school because I was surprised by the small fan base at the game considering the size. More should have been there for RP, they would have throughly enjoyed themselves.
Get a grip and obess about something other than finding something to gripe at Crosby about. You look silly
