Both of the freshmen are in the transfer portal now. Doesn't mean either will transfer, but Rising is one play from being the guy next year. Why would he transfer?? Dumb...I can understand Thompson but not Rising.

I don't see us getting pantsed in this one. We obviously tend to play up or down to the level of our competition. It wouldn't surprise me if they beat us by less than 7, and it would only be mildly surprising to see us win.

My wife coordinated an event for him about 15 years ago in River Oaks. She's got a picture of them on her desk at work. While she didn't agree with his politics, she was in awe of his presence and charisma. One of the greatest American heroes. He gave so much for our country. And no, he didn't grope her during the photo op. Rest easy, Mr. President.

I would think a higher payout, more prestige, and a much tougher opponent would benefit us during NSD2 as well. Yeah, UGA will probably curb stomp us but that doesn't matter to me as much as the benefit of us being in a NY 6 game again. We might get us a good un because of it.

We need ou to get in so we can get the Sugar Bowl. If tOSU jumps ou, we're gonna get stuck with the Alamo Bowl.

I just want to say how proud I am of this team and how we made a decent year out of it. Did not start off on the right foot, but we battled and showed we're the most physical team in the Big 12. It's hard to beat a team twice in a year, especially one that is more talented than you. Let's finish the season 1-0 then hit there weight room in the spring. Big things coming our way over the next few years.
