Diboll look good if not mistaking they went 2-2 in the tournament. WOS played them twice & they split games. Diboll really hit the ball well. #5 can flat out rake it! In there first game against WOS he went 4-5 2doubles & 4RBI's. I don't know what district they play in, but from the looks of it they well be a force to be reckon with. How did Diboll look with the their new head coach?

P. Robertson relieved Wolfford & pitch 3 2/3 allowing only 1 hit. Robertson pitch really well in relieve in the 3 games this weekend. Mustang pitching as a whole really did well this weekend in the tournament. Once WOS Team gets healthy as the season goes alone they're going to be really scary. I'm excited about this WOS Baseball Team this year! Coming out this Round Robin Tournament they learned a lot about themselves.

Congrats to Mitchell Lee (LCM) in 2 games the kid went 5-6 2HR 2DBL 8RBI. In 1 game the kid hit 2HR opposite field. Great job kid keep up the good work just not against WOS!ðŸ‘😉

I believe one of the Anderson's with HR, need some verification -
Tyler (kicker) Lol i understood your point! My point was about the #1 and how it has kind of been bad luck no matter how good our teams have been in the past. Had nothing to do with not deserving it. Geez.

+ 10Lol that will help him out too. Coaches obviously love athletic ability, but sometimes the difference between leaving an in-home with interest and leaving with an offer is the character and integrity that the coaches identify during the recruiting process. Being a great athlete is one thing and will lead him to many great opportunities. But character and integrity will give him the ability to succeed within those opportunities and, in turn, present other opportunities. Not only in football, but in life. That's worth more than any athletic ability a person can possess.

I completely agree with u! He's a better kid then athlete been knowing this kids my entire life. If u ever shake his hand man I'm telling u he will make u drop to your knees with the firm hand shake.... Lol the coaches give he the nickname HorseBaylor will be the first of many to come after his performance at this event. I'm sure he opened some eyes. He's a hell of a player and has potential busting out of the roof. He has probably the highest ceiling of any local prospect for 2016.

Yes, plus Baylor @ the moment highly upon the trail! He already has an offer from Louisiana Tech right??

As far as WOS coming out the region to face Gimer @ Jerry World would be great for the program & Mustang Country. Gilmer left a bad taste in our mouths. Instead we gonna take 1 game @ a time & focus on Gilmer until we meet up again! I can here Coach T ending the pregame speech saying Lets Go Meet Em!They're my pick to win it all again, El Campo will be a challenge though, they have a big time RB returning IMO. Kevin Dove I believe his name is.
As for WOS I only see La Grange as a challenge in that region. May very well be a rematch with Gilmer if WOS stays healthy and doesn't beat themselves up with their difficult non-district schedule. -
It has its pros & cons coming out this situation. If WOS have injuries which comes alone playing the sport of football. It gives the kids time for there bumps & bruises to heal up. Cons will be that they may come out flat! But like I said in a earlier post Coach T will have them prepare mentality & physically! If LaMarque does shut down and WO-S wins district and gets a bye in first rd. of playoffs, that would give WO-S 20 or 21 days off depending if 2nd rd playoff game is on Friday or Saturday. .

Mr BG I agree with u on this note! Navasota is load with talent! They're returning the QB that threw like 67tds & over 5k yards, plus the WR that caught 37tds.I would vote WOS #1 in 4A D2, now if we're talking all of 4A then its clearly Navasota #1 then everyone else falls in line.

Skip don't do the bragging & bost'n but Im telling you this years incoming Jr. Class has the total package! Meaning the linemen with size, the skill players, QB position, kids with the football IQ, & are coachable! Looking forward to seeing how far the Mustang Football Program progress in the Texas High School Playofffs. My thinking is that last year state championship run has set the foundation for us Folks in Mustang Country too win a State Championship real soon!yes the stings jv players saw a lot of playing time in the playoffs true and did one hell of a good job as coach t has said the coaching staff was very pleased with what they saw from the younger kids.yes the mustangs do have some outstanding kids back this year ready to make a run to dallas.the mustangs will have some very hard non dist games and do hope we can pass the test this year PS sorry about the spelling

It's gonna be a interesting season! Well wish to the young WOS squad! I think they will be able to hold there own. One thing I know Coach T will have them physically & mentally prepared!

Fox u must be racist! U the only one thinking that way!... Smhyou forgot the part about it being racist..................
-
Fox we don't do any recruiting @ WOS. We just reload. I guess u saying that bekuz we have a winning record better then your HS Team!that is funny. you are explaining to a WOS fan the loopholes in recruiting high school football plays...........

I'm glad the kid still holds a scholarship to La. Tech. First of all if it was my kid which he isn't I would've had a lot to say about his situation to CT, TF or ect. An you're right u suppose to be held accountable for your actions! If that was the situation about his family problems nobody knows nor probably nobody ask. We can go on & on about this but we're all looking from the outside looking in. I'm a firm believer about no practice no play! All I saying is that the kid went thru 2 offseason & played 5 games this year & then removed for the team. He still should've been able to sign with his friends. I was told by some of the same kids that sign yesterday. That they think it wasn't fair to Johnny but it's nothing they could do about it. They also said there friendship is more important then football & they're 112% behind Johnny, plus nothing going to come between that.

I vastly disagree and dare any of you to say these things to guys like Toby Foreman. This is about holding everyone to the same level and making sure they are responsible for themselves. I hate any teenager having to deal with those type of things but if you can't hold down your responsibilities to your team then you shouldn't be a part of it. That isn't being cruel, that is being fair to all those involved. It isn't fair to other players who do make practice each day and go through some of the same things.
-
Well said, a lot of folks @ WOS only cares about the football program, how many wins in a season & making it too state. 💯💯💯Kid should have been allowed to sign with his teammates. Yes he miss practice a lot but he family situation is far worse then anybody else on the WOS football team. Kid has family issues a kid shouldn't have to worry about it deal with.
To ruin his day is childish, football season is over time to forgive and forget. I'm pretty sure coach T wasn't perfect at 17 years old.
Love the WOS program but at some point we need our coaches to think outside those silver helmets and think about what our boys might be going through at home. Lights off, no food in the fridge, nobody in the family has a car, the last thing on this kids mind was football practice.
