I hear ya. It's nice to stay with the same teams and build rivalries and although I was a little disappointed about moving into a different district, it will be nice to see some different teams we aren't used to seeing on a regular basis. If Tatum makes the playoffs, it will make it interesting to play against our old district mates in the first few rounds.

A few different factors. The biggest being oour schedule.

Should be a really good game. Could go either way but Tatum has looked pretty good so far. I think Tatum's defense will dictate the game.

Did the 4th seed earn a playoff spot? No. But they almost always get sent home. If they manage to win in the first round then good for them. I think they realize they didn't earn it. But there will occassionally be a team that suffers injuries and may end up in the playoffs and make a run. And then, there are some 4th seeds that could have very well finished 3rd or even second in another District but unfortunately got stuck in a tougher district. Pleasant Grove finished 4th in our district and likely could have finished 2nd in Gilmers district.

Hey a loss is a loss last time I checked.

Just saying, we've put ourselves in position to win all those games against some of the highest ranked teams. All that while having impact players out every week. We haven't played a single game with all of our starters and lost another starter for the season recently.

^{I like Coldsprings odds if they are the 5th best team yall have seen. Means they should win the other 4 better teams beat yall.}

You have to consider that we've only been beat by 1 score in all our losses except our loss to Gladewater.

Saturday: Tatum vs Coldspring @ Abe

I have to agree here. You don't win scrimmages on the scoreboard. You can have a successful scrimmage, but you can't win one.

i love when teams come from nothing to winning in a year or two time and THINK they can beat ANYONE lol...establish yourself and remember what AREA you come from...please with that playoff win. LM beat the breaks off those people with out trying and didn't let them score.

2007 Tatum played Newton at Lufkun and it was down to the wire with Tatum intercepting a Newton pass to end the game.

Thats great, means it'll already be thru there by the time kickoff is to happen. Gonna be a warm one though.

Biggest loss was by 7 points except when we played Gladewater. I would say our defense is our strength. We mostly run and mix a few passes in. All of our wins have been 1 sided. Losses include...

Gilmer, Chapel Hill, Hardin Jefferson, Gladewater, and Atlanta. All still in the playoffs.
