thanks!!  ;D  Warren took Newton tonight.  Warren won the first 2 games then Newton pulled out the 3rd,,,,but Warren came back and won the 4th game.  Great job ladies.  good games, fun to watch.  1st game went 27-25

Warren 20  Groveton 6  .  this is the 8th grade score....Groveton did not have a 7th grade team.  Great job WARRIORS!! ;D

here in Warren some people got together and organized it themselves.  whoever signed up and paid plays.  get some people together and see what you can come up with.  we are a little too far for you to travel most probably, but I hate for any kid with the desire to play sports to be turned away.  especially at such a young age.  PeeWee football should be enjoyed by all who want to participate.  its about learning the skills and the game, not just about winning.

congrats to both the 7th and 8th grade Warren Lady Warriors!!!  both grades won their volleyball matches against Hemphill on Monday.  it took the 7th grade 3 games, winning the last game 15-13.....but the 8th grade dominated and won in 2.  good job girls ;D

I am glad they are adding softball.  I think it will be huge for the college and the area girls.  they should be able to put together a jam up team without even leaving this area!!!!!

guy needs to calm down.  maybe HE is the one who should smoke some pot ???

another example of these over paid athletes complete stupidity.  if you gotta smoke it....do it at home, duh!!

seems like all these over paid athletes could wait a few years until they retire to smoke their pot.  what are they thinking ???

hope everyone came through that with minimal damage and no injuries.

i would guess injuries.  there are some very hot bats out there right now.  the ball really explodes off the bat.  I know in softball I have seen A LOT of pitchers and 3rd baseman with injuries because of the hot bats.  ball gets there so fast there is no time to react.  sadly, I have seen some serious facial injuries from this.  everything from a few stitches on the eyebrow to a broken nose and crushed cheek bone.  I support this change personally if for nothing more than a safety stand point.
