Agree it’s not the time. Too many returners coming back, not to mention his son will be a senior. Daughter is freshman and a star soccer player. Not sure board will do anything about this but they definitely won’t if they don’t hear from people that elected them. School Board can blame superintendent if this goes bad.

Touché didn’t realize we were dealin in 1966 time. Still thought it was funny. 

Not the start the defending State Champs were looking for. Got to clean up the. Errors and blocking balls behind the plate. Pitchers were off their game last nite no doubt throwing strikes but could have gotten out of several jams with a play made here and there. Good news is we was 0-2 last year to start the season. Hopefully the rain will not be as bad as expected and we can get some games in this weekend. 

After watching all scrimmages and seeing the guns that are at the games. .PNG has 3 guys that can touch 90 but only 1 that can pitch at 89-91......5 that sit 84-87.......and multiple guys at 79-84.......the 90 number is thrown around like mardi gras beads....PNG will be a solid team but right now pitching is an issue....along with a couple defensive positions....Good luck Coach Carter hope you get things fixed.

There will be a parade to celebrate PNG's historic season. Every one is invited. Please come out and congratulate Coach Carter and the young men who were able to Win the championship. Once again the support from SETX was incredible thanks to all of you.

Good call by Coach Carter to go to Vidrine when he did. Carter has pushed all of the right buttons along this journey. Glad to see good things happening to this man. He is a class act and is all about the kids. Great job Indians! Now go win it all!

I inspected the Crosby field last week and found the bases to be 90 ft and it was exactly 60 ft 6 inches from the pitching rubber to home plate. Not sure I see any advantage.

PNG clinched at least a share of the district championship with the win last night.  

That is pretty impressive for a football coach.

Congrats Coach Carter on getting the 500th win of your great career. He gained his 500th last night defeating Lumberton 11-2 in Port Neches.
