Coach Green did all he can do getting them to this point but let’s not act like some of these kids are going to morph into what they’ve had in the past. Skill development is ESSENTIAL especially with younger players . And these kids can score but your coach has to trust his team. We can pick the fine hairs all we want bottom line replacing 20ppg is going to be hard . Better run some offense getting them pieces moving instead of wasting time off the clock , because you can’t behind , hold the ball and struggle to score that’s disastrous!!!!

Having talent definitely plays a huge part and it isn’t defined by having D1 players because there are a lot of programs that have d1 players on the team . A coach is only as successful as his assistants because they play a huge part . If you ask any coach around the area even the state they’d tell you that this group isn’t short of talent. You can still win big with really good players !!!( also they had 5 colege basketball players and 1 college football player )

Next time put a stamp on it , nobody in any way shape or form said WB had superior coaching . In case you missed it United lost two good young coaches who were intricate in their success who helped put a lot of work in when that program got started . Anyone with a basketball understanding would know that , you can see the difference after they left . United is very talented , but you can’t roll the ball out anyone and think ppl are scared you have to work the ENTIRE staff . The excuse that they’re young is overrated because I remember a young Slsbee group exceeding expectations but what do I know .

Program can’t be built on names your coaches have to actually put the work in can’t expect kids to come in and figure it out !!!! It amazing that they think it will be a down year after this lol…

To beat WB your going to have to out-coach, Coach Thomas , that WB team can play so many styles that’s what makes them scary especially in the playoffs , you don’t really have to time to prepare . West Brook has a chance because of elite guard play .
