  1. Yes, the fan should’ve left when he was asked — no excuses. But let’s be real: he was the victim here. The United fan was out of control, talking reckless about #24, and his mom stepped in to defend her child like any parent would. Instead of backing down, he kept going back and forth with a woman, and the gentleman stepped in to protect her. Then, in typical fashion, when he was told to leave, he tried to flip the situation and make it seem like it was someone else’s fault. He created the chaos. He escalated it. And he tried to dodge responsibility. People need to understand: talking about someone’s kid is a line you don’t cross. It shows a complete lack of maturity from a grown adult.
  2. He’ll be committing soon !!!!
  3. West Brook players were wrong to even go over there in the first place, and I’m sure that’ll be handled. But no adult should ever be going back and forth with a kid. That’s a lack of emotional intelligence and maturity. Now social media is full of think pieces from grown people blaming refs, blaming coaches, blaming everything except the truth. Why are we so afraid to let our kids fail? This is exactly why this generation struggles — too many adults want to hold their hands and shield them from every stone thrown their way. Life is harder than a basketball game. Let’s teach them how to stand on two feet, hold their heads high, and handle defeat with character. That’s how you build young men, not by protecting them from every uncomfortable moment.
  4. It’s time for people to start mentioning Dallas Rosette as one of the top guards in the area !!!!!!!
  5. Yes possessions matter, that was very uncharacteristic of them , I know Coach Thomas will correct it
  6. Im so happy things are turning around for coach and the kids. Seems like their buying in and the results are showing.
  7. “Let’s get this straight: Coach Thomas is not in the hospital. I’m literally talking to him right now. It’s Coach Ryals (48) who’s in the hospital. If you weren’t sure, you should’ve asked me before putting out the wrong information.”
  8. The officials from barbers hill should be ashamed of themselves for cheating kids .
  9. Nederland can definitely win this game. Gonna need a strong second half!!!!
  10. Its going to be hard for PNG to make it in. Losing home games to teams where you had a chance to win can doom you. Now they have to travel to BH & Sterling and we know what happens out there lol !!!
  11. Nederland cant beat any of those schools

  16. Never mind. You’re so caught up in your emotions that you can’t even recognize when someone is giving your son his props. Instead of accepting that, you turn every comment into a back-and-forth, like a tennis match, just to keep driving your point home. And trust me — we understand the point. He’s great. He has no flaws. Everything that goes wrong is the team’s fault. If it weren’t for him, they’d be completely lost. Message received. Repeatedly. What could have been a simple acknowledgment has turned into a lecture, and honestly, it’s exhausting. Not everything needs to be defended, corrected, or escalated just to prove superiority. That said, I genuinely hope he and his team have a great season. No sarcasm there. God bless, and good night.
  17. I’m guessing #21 is your son based on how strongly you’re defending him — and that’s totally fine. Nobody said he was a bad player. The point is, it’s tough to win big when one guy dominates the ball. I actually know the kid well — he played for my guy this summer. So this isn’t shade, it’s just basketball. Talent needs structure, and winning takes more than one
  18. I was at the game — #21 was clearly their best player, but he was also the reason they struggled. He took almost every shot and never looked to involve his teammates. You can’t win big when one guy dominates the ball for 32 minutes. I get the point about inexperience, but that’s not really what I saw. Plenty of teams start new varsity players and still function because the ball moves, guys touch it, and everyone stays engaged. When one player takes every shot, the rest of the team naturally checks out — that’s not a ‘cast’ problem, that’s a style‑of‑play problem. Confidence comes from involvement. If teammates never get real opportunities, of course they’ll look shaky. As for the officiating, it was fine. I’m not sure what fouls people expected, but it was pretty even on both sides. Tarkington’s #33 was warned multiple times for talking and eventually got hit with a tech. That’s on him, not the refs.
  19. PA Memorial should have wom this game !!!
