PNG will get it together this week. Burnett is in the HOT seat and know the fans are ready for a win! It will be close, but I think PNG will come out with the "w". NDN's fans are hungry for a win as well as the team. The pressure is on the PNG coaching staff to get something going on offense. I've NEVER seen the fans so uptight about Burnett and company now. We have the talent, just need the coaching. I bet there will be some changes this week and it will show against Silsbee. Then we have the week off before district play starts, which is good for us. When district begans, PNG will be a different team, you can bet on that. Best of luck to all the teams, hopefully no injuries this week in 22 4A.

I don't think LCM will win district, however, they are showing a lot of good qualities under Moody. I agree, I think district is up for grabs this year.....would be hard to make any kind of prediction. Seems to me like there are a lot more injuries this year to key players.....thats a definite concern. Good luck to all the teams in 22 4A.

Crosby outplayed and beat us....that's final. They were hungry for a win over PNG and got it. Ref's did a fine job. PNG is down now, trying to get the offense clicking. The defense is there and hopefully the offense will come around. I know a lot of people love it when PNG is down and thats ok...its on you. You never know what will happen on any given Friday night in high school football. One thing for sure, the fans will be there to support the NDN's ...whether they win or lose.....we NEVER give up...never! Congrats to all the winners and hopefully, in a couple of weeks, when district starts, we will be right there. Peace.

Pullin for Nederland on this one. Even with a young quarterback, (who I hear is very good), Ned's defense will stop FB and give the offense enough time to work out the kinks. Feel it will be close, but Ned will come out with the "W".

Great defense against LaMarque. PNG will be ready for this one. Don't see Crosby putting many points, if any, on the scoreboard. Hard to when at The Reservation when the Indians are hungry and ready to scalp !

I think PNG and Nederland's dominance is on the "down" right now and will be a few years for both to recover back to thier "years" of glory. I see LCM being a powerhouse, as well as Vidor. Added to the mix, you've got Central and Dayton, and Lumberton seems to be headed in the right direction. I think there has to be some "fresh" strategies put in place for both PNG and Nederland. The days of old, Burnett and Neuman, were great, but for both teams, there needs to be some changes.

I think the game is gonna be a lot closer than people think, even with the possibility of Lumberton coming out on top....just have that gut feeling. Hope the dogs win, but feel its gonna be tough.

hopefully, the halftime won't be "X" rated as it usually is....normally, have to hide the little kids eyes with all the vulgarity the Central band and drill team displays. However, won't be a track meet and don't care if they are pissed or not.....no one "shakin" in their shoes on The Reservation......we'll go in and give it our all . And, PNG has been here before and we are used to it....do your research. We have a good team, they're young, but play with ALL their hearts! I hope it is an injury free game, for both sides! But again, I feel the Indians will come away with the win !
