I can't get the website to work at all on my phone or computer. Does anyone have a different link I can try? It worked fine last year.

I think this game will be a good test and I think it will help to get us where we need to be.

No matter what happens it will only make us better and play like a team needs to play to make it to the play-offs and learn how to win the games that count.

I hope we start out like we finished last week and finish very strong with no injuries tonight. I thought both the coaches and players made some great adjustments during last weeks scrimmage.

1st quarter Friendswood came out clicking and we looked rusty. Edge=Friendswood

2nd quarter Dayton shored up the d-line to make stops and offense looked a lot better. Edge=Dayton

3rd quarter Dayton/Friendswood pretty even. Edge=Both

4th quarter Friendswood scored on us with a few minutes left with a big pass caught and stopped on the 1yd line next play run it in for score, after that wasn't much time left.

 

Overall great scrimmage for our Broncos I think they learned a lot tonight that will make Dayton a force this coming season.

 

Friendswood always plays us tough and didn't disappoint tonight, as usual  will be a force in their district good luck the rest of the way. The o-line/d-line both looked very good and the qb and rb were beast.

Always a good scrimmage between these 2 teams. I want Dayton to come out of all their srimmages healthy and for the coaches to get them ready for regular season right where they left off last year, looking very strong.

Good luck to Friendswood this season as well.

We went looked very one sided to me with the refs going out of their way to help out the west. Just my opion, game would've been closer but the east had a TD called back that they scored right after the start of the second half. The east scored TD last few seconds of the game. There were a little over 1700 in  attendance they announced over PA. The east and west sat on the same side. I'm ready for football season, it's almost time.

The running back from Texas City looked like greased lighting, fastest RB I've seen in a very long time.

Dayton defense looked better than expected,they have issues with jumping across the scrimmage line before the ball is snapped and it cost them. They otherwise looked descent for their first scrimmage.
Overall Grade on Defense Tonite B-

Dayton offense needs work quit running the same 5 or 6 plays over and over again.
Need to shore up the front line and I counted at least 4 times where there was absolutely no blocking on the defensive corners and that allowed blind side hits to our quarterback.
I like the QB he's quick and a pretty accurate passer.
He threw two perfect passes tonight that would've been tds but that's how it goes.
Overall Grade on Offense Tonite C-

We have a young team but they will be fine and I want to thank them for all their hard work and I believe we will make the play-offs again for the 18th year.

Bronco stadium of course. I also went and watched them practice for about 20 minutes this morning. They looked pretty good.

Don't count Dayton out, I agree with BG whether it be SC,BH,Crosby, etc. I talked to a couple of people in the know and the Broncos could surprise a lot of teams this year, but we will see what happens. That's why you play one game at a time and never look past what's in front of your face, because we all know anyone can win or loose on any given day.
