PAM 30-0 over Lufkin. But, 10-0 at half if I remember correctly. Weiss 52-14. Game was basically over before halftime. Lufkin scored a garbage TD with about a minute left.

I didn’t say he was bad, or even just average. He’s solid. But—if you have TL—watch Weiss dismantle Lufkin for comparison sake. Lufkin thought they had a solid, physical D. Then, they played a red hot Wolves team.

Weiss is tough to defend. They don't just throw long, lower pct. bombs or quick outs. They throw it all over the field to at least 3 excellent receivers, and a RB. They also have a sneaky good run game. Plus, when you get a good pass rush on the QB, he's athletic and quick enough to pick up big yards on the ground. With all the offense, their D gets overlooked. But, they can shut down the run game. La Porte had them shut down. Let them get away. Now, they're on a roll. A lot of confidence. Will be a very tough out. CS & PAM--to me--is more a toss-up. CS QB isn't near as good as Weiss' IMHO. CS needs a solid run game effort. Weiss can win without one. If Weiss gets 100 ypg rushing, that's enough for them. They've also got some really big boys on the lines. Maybe two of the biggest I've seen this year. I'm going with a split. But, PAM is gonna need more than Martin running the ball.

Y’all did well. I really thought it would be 1-3 with a nailbiter on BH. Great job! Now, you have the two that are playing the best right now from 12-5A left. Keep it going!

No idea who is gonna win right now, but this is the best game I’ve seen all year. Of course, I like this announcing crew also. He does a lot of Humble isd games for TL also.

Eagle's special teams have been playing really well. That one TD called back hurt. But, they’ve had good returns all night.

Looked like he was holding his wrist. He got up okay. 63 yard reception on a pretty ball.

I still think Weiss is the most dangerous of the 12-5A teams left. CS got those late TO’s to come back on them when they played.

Katy won many titles because their enrollment & program size were usually half again or double the size of their opponents in D2, and they had their pick of the talent pool. They haven't done much when competing against programs their own size. Not saying PAM can't win. I hope they do. Just saying they need another consistent threat than Martin. I just don't know how far Martin can carry y'all basically alone. He is a great player, but... Also, not sure how you can debate false starts/illegal procedure calls. Was impressed with y'all's PK though. Young man had a good leg. If it comes down to that, he's a good weapon.

Will be rooting for PAM. But, they’re gonna’ need to find more weapons & stop with all the penalties. CS may be a little too much for PAM as one dimensional as they are right now.

Turning this one off. I don’t see Lufkin scoring enough to get close, and they can’t stop Weiss at all.

Still think y’all will be the only one to make it. Weiss is handling Lufkin fairly easily. Tre Moore has over 150 yards receiving in the 1st half. Crosby and Friendswood would have kept Lufkin and BU out of the PO’s.

I don’t obsess over it one way or the other like you do. But, I’m not a Trump voter either for or against. I want certain policies to be successful regardless of POTUS. Most of all, I want less Federal Government for the most part.
