To be fair, it’s not Trump. It’s all people who are trying to get votes. No different for Democrats, Republicans, Independents, etc. Politicians (synonymous with liar, cheat, scum) will tell us whatever’s advantageous to getting our vote. Pick your poison. Like I’ve said before, I’m going to choose the lesser of two evils in my opinion and vote Republican as I have for years.

Lowering the interest rates too much at this point would simply be a "feel good" boost. Might hurt in the long run unless done slowly and thoughtfully.
