  1. When I was in school at good ole RSS, we called it the Wing-T formation. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Is that from Tracy Lawrence? "The only thing that stays the same is everything changes, everything cha-eee-yaaanges..." lol

Lumberton ran the wildcat against HF. I think they ran it with that really fast kid running the jet sweep if I remember right.

    Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr (November 24, 1808 – September 29, 1890)

    French critic, journalist, and novelist.

Frequently quoted, for example "plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose"—"the more it changes, the more it's the same thing", usually translated as "the more things change, the more they stay the same" (Les Guêpes, January 1849).

The French were always known for their insight

    Vous avez raison, camarade.

  2. Yeah, you guys do have a tough pre-district schedule. The way things are shaping up in 20-4A, it looks like you may not get a break all season. Even LC-M is looking good. I'd put our district up against any 4A district in the state. This Friday, it all hits the fan district wide. ;D

Very true, i believe our district is in the top 5 according to one of the major sites i looked at recently. Its not easy to play schools a classification higher, no matter how good or bad they are. They still have a much larger group to choose from. A 1-1 record against 5A is nothing to be ashamed of.

  3. Im sure cleveland isnt a bad team, but they were #37 in 3A going into the LCM game. I guess someone is so desperate to craft a winning streak so they go to the regular season while conveniently ignoring the playoffs. Laughable, just like North Shores "regular season streak". If they had been 16-0 in 08 i would be VERY impressed! But good job on the win Little Cypress, a win is a win no matter what and who can argue with that  :) I look forward to seeing all of you!
