  2. This game should be a high scoring shootout. PNG will NOT be able to contain the Lion's running game. The question is, can they match scores with the Lions? Last team to get the ball may well win this one.

    Livingston 49

    PNG         42

You are quite funny! Yeah i know, we have been getting run all over all year long through these 5 victories! Ok, back to reality, if the lions hope to compete they will have to not be one dimensional. If they can pass as well as rush, we are in for a good game! Thats all i can say.

  3. Id say you have been the best with those numbers, especially on defense. I really hope our boys work on the penalties this week. It was infuriating. Overall i am very impressed with everything, and you cant argue with 5-0. Many say we have not played anyone. It will be fun the day after their team loses to us to finally agree with them  ;D

  4. Ok, I guess you could say I called it! I said Ryan St. Clair was going to dominate and guess what.... HE DID! He caught a 22 yd TD reception and cut through some DBs like a knife through butter!

As for PNG's clock management, that was pure garbage. They should have scored a TD before the half but had to settle for a field goal. They should use their timeouts more wisely and get St. Clair the ball more often!

That was our final TD too. He caught the pass for a good gain at first, but the real story of that play is his toughness, strength, and determination in fighting through the defenders to the end zone. From where i was sitting it looked like he was trying to prove a point, that play was so good!

  5. I have no idea about our 20-4A top 4. My Tribe has a good O and an excellent D but we have got to cut down the mistakes, which are killing what could end up being a very very good team. Vidor and central either have awesome offenses or bad D or both. Maybe the D just performed badly last friday? We will see as district plays out and will learn very much about our teams this week and in the weeks to come.

  6. What is the reason for declining enrollment? Is it that bad over there? One thing is for sure, the "no comment" by the volleyball coach speaks volumes. Why do some people think west orange is getting bashed out of jealousy? What would they be jealous of? (I am not being rude, its just that i know very little about the situation over there, and i am looking for WO-S fans to give me some info)

  7. I dont care to make a prediction on score, but I believe both teams will score at will. This game will be decided by intangibles like kick and punt returns, turnovers, etc...Kyler Keith ran back a punt and an end around at Livingston...Pace ran down their fastest back from behind...the arguement that Lumberton has no playmakers or athletes is completely false. But thats why they play it. Its only a matter of time before AB tees off on one of Vidors backs tryin to run up the middle.

    Right on there.

  9. Some of the best D in the state is at Lake Travis. No one in 4A can stand up to them right now and maybe a few 5A teams could stay on the field with them. Maybe a very balanced, very good team could. Southlake is not that great right now. Although id put a lot of money (500-1000+) on them embarrassing NS if they meet again in the playoffs. The Woodsmen and the Red army from the west side of Houston could beat Southlake handily right now. The Dragons have good coaches, and i am sure they will be fine, but they seem to have played like a Dragon who got hosed down throat first with a fire extinguisher.
