Way to go to My Coldspring Trojans!!! This has been an up and down year I am very happy that the kids got their playoff win.  This team consists of a lot of underclassmen so for many of the student athletes this is the 1st time playing in a playoff game.  Congrats to The LaMarque Cougars on a good season.

I agree! Much respect for the Longhorns, they played hard and more importantly, played with discipline and sportsmanship. 

I'll give it to Tarkington. They never quit. Players played till the end. 

UIL should get smart and ALLOW top seeds to CHOOSE a higher seeded opponent if desired, a game like this can't do WOS much good and would at least allow a more competitive game (most of the time) for lower seeds.
That being said Tarkington is from a 5 team district and won 1 district game to "get" into the playoffs. More ridiculousness. But those kids still go out and do the best they can with what THEY'RE given, it's not always the athlete's fault they're not competitive. They've got some good athletes with some big hearts so no need to be demeaning to them. They took their whooping on the field, they don't need another one here.

This is Bunas best chance to win the district outright in a while. I know two years ago they had a team led by Kreston Richardson and Tyler Edwards who tied for the district title but many expected them and Kountze to split that year and  Idk if anyone thought they would win district outright. But this year you have a bunch of kids who are not intimated by the "kountze is gonna blow us out tonight" stigma. Bunas has split with Kountze in the regular season the past two years and return 2 of the more talented players in the district in Remington and Alexander Connell. They also have height with two players that are 6'4. It will between them and Kountze for the district title but EC returns a talented kid in Cordell David(I think is his name) as well 

They bring back 3 starters I believe... They will battle for the district championship 

Kountze La Marque or Teague will win the region 

Kountze will not be deep once again. East Chambers lost a lot . Buna has some players coming back. But the still District still runs through Kountze. As far as the region.. AAW is correct.

These shepherd parents are terrible. When it's going good they love the coach when we are getting beat by a dang good team all of a sudden the coaches are the reason. Need glad how about we are getting beat by a dang good team

I think it will be a good gamr, if CS shows up. If they don't, it'll be a long night for them. They have the fire power to make a serious run at winning this game if Woodville doesn't take them seriously. 

After looking at scores and what little that does tell you....I do think that based on Strength of schedule, Home field advantage, tradition and the fact that the Bellville coaching staff has been there for several years that BB should be favored in this game.
This should be a fun night for both teams...looks like Shepherd has a chance to make some history with an upset. 
I do hope however like everyone else that both teams get out of this injury free and are able to represent District 11 well in the playoffs.
