The deadline to file their appeal was yesterday.

I have not gotten any response to my request for the list of applicants (and they don't have to for 10 business days) and any folks close to the situation that I have discussed the matter with simply say that everything is very hush hush. The only thing that is really for certain is that the new coach will be named at the next board meeting

Whoever gets the 3rd spot will play either Cleveland or Splendora.  If Cleveland wins or Splendora loses tomorrow night, then the 21-3A third place team will face Cleveland and the 21-3A second place team will face Splendora.  If Splendora wins and Cleveland loses, then there will be a playoff for the 2nd spot out of 22-3A.

Apparently not, the game will be at Kincaide Stadium in Dallas.

I just wanted to ask this on another thread other than the one where this statement was first made. Dickie V, you mentioned on another thread that Yates was appealing its placement in Class 3A.  Do you know what the basis was for their appeal?
