21.
Did the cutoff for 5A used to be much lower or has WOS lost that many students?  If so, why the exodus?
The latter.  Simply, no jobs.  Throughout Orange's growth and into the early '80s Orange has a couple of large ship building companies, Levingston and American Bridge which employed thousands.  By the end of 1985, I believe the two companies combined had a payroll of less than 200/  Combine this with the fact that plants along "Chemical Row" have been reducing staff, usually through attrition, Orange is not the best place to find a job.
 22.
I have heard the wos offense is struggling right now...does anyone know if that info is correct
They had 333 yards of total offense last week and had 4 guys average at least 6 yards a carry.  That doesn't sound like struggling to me.
 23. Due to the relationship with Legacy, you'll be able to listen to the following SETX teams: La Porte West Orange-Stark Port Neches-Groves Goose Creek Memorial Nederland Little Cypress-Mauriceville Silsbee Newton Liberty Port Arthur Memorial Beaumont Ozen as well as other teams from around the state, such as: Deer Park (new 21-5A member) Houston St. Thomas (for the Kelly fans to scout) Fort Bend Hightower The Woodlands Allen Tenaha (for the Evadale, Burkeville and Sabine Pass folks to scout) Austin Westlake Midland Lee Nice lineup!

This was supposed to be Brenham vs. Bay City, but for some reason Bay City backed out and left Brenham scrambling for a tenth game.  Pope John called Coach West about playing the next two years with both games being in Brenham.  Brenham should win big.
Good, because Brenham playing at Pope John XXIII would be like them scheduling a game at Hohlt Park.
I thought this was being played in Katy??  It would be nice, right down the street from my work ,I could catch a Cubs game.
Now bigdog.  You have seen Pope John XXIII's football stadium.  Your family and mine MIGHT fit in the home stands.
