There is no objection to naming Nederland in a thread. The objection is discussing the current eligibility problem before it has been has been ruled on by the UIL.

I agree. The facts are as they are and those facts are that Tavian Mayfield is no longer a Nederland Bulldog and is now a Legacy Christian Warrior. As both schools are now in the midst of district play, anything other than those facts are completely irrelevant as to both the schools and Tavian.

My understanding is that there is currently no JV game scheduled (although coaches are still trying to get one). If there is no JV game, the coaches may use JV players in the game on Friday....and probably will.
