Willis defeated Huntsville 37-14 for the top D1 seed. Willis will get Stratford next week and Huntsville gets Montgomery.

Crockett hammered Malakoff 36-0 for the District title. Both teams were undefeated in district coming in.

I'll say Brenham 41-21. However, I'm still trying to figure out how Stratford beats Mag West 51-13, Mag West beats Montgomery and Montgomery pummels Stratford. The D1 1 and 2 position is also in question in 18 4A where Huntsville and Willis will play to decide that. I'll lean towards Willis, but Huntsville can definitely win that one. Would you rather play Stratford or Montgomery in the first round? I say neither.

Humble has a very good defense. The most points they have given up in one game is 27, to Channelview. So, Humble is in every game to the end. However, their offense just does not have the firepower quite like last year's team. That is what has kept them out of the playoffs.
