[/quote]Yea, I think if Huntsville can defeat Mag West and come into this game 5-1 in District, then the Hornets have a chance to defeat Brenham.  Huntsville will have to play a complete game with very few mistakes to win it.  At times, Huntsville seems to self destruct with turnovers, penalties, etc.  You might be able to get away with that against Caney Creek or Magnolia, but not against Brenham. Last year, Huntsville turned the ball over 6 times in the 1st half, assisting Brenham with a 44-7 halftime lead that ended in a 65-16 blowout.

Montgomery certainly may have taken West lightly last year after the Brenham blowout.  However, I still can't see a major blowout here.  I'll take Montgomery 31-14.

What about 21-4a?  Seriously, it seems like all the other districts have a couple of strong teams and then a drop off.  Really hard to argue that one district is the strongest in the region.

Huntsville used mainly just one QB against Rudder.  They had one of the receivers take a couple of snaps.

I agree as well.  Silsbee might run with them, but most likely WOS will be undefeated until Lamarque/Coldspring takes them out.

No, not for the 4th spot.  Clearly Mongomery and Brenham are above the rest.  I think Huntsville, Mag West, and Waller will battle for the 3-4 spots. 

I agree exactly with your rankings.  The Waller @ Willis game next week will be the game to watch.  If Waller wins, then this district will officially be a 5 team race for 4 spots.  I think that's where I'll be this Friday.
