He can be approved, I'm not questioning that. What happens if he is approved, goes home to his family, they decide to not take the job?? I agree it is very possible he will accept but take the man for his word that there is a chance he stays at OF.

It might be a done deal at a later point but if you want truth, I always go with the man who makes the final decision. He may know something he isn't saying but you have to take what the man says himself.
