Kudos to ALL of the competitors. It was so stinking hot on the track I seriously don't know how the girls and guys ran all day. They are so finally conditioned and in shape it is unreal. That is the biggest part I took away from the meet.

Plus I gotta know how to do all sports. I wish HS baseball would run year-round!
