Any suggestions for "Game of the Day"
AggiesAreWe replied to swagg's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Probably the most competitive game will be this one: LC-M (9-5) @ Orangefield (7-4) PICK: LC-M (-3) -
With Cleveland, Hudson and Navasota picked to win their districts, the winner of district 21-3A will not face either of these teams until the regional finals.
I thought the Central/Brook Game was Tuseday?
It is Tuesday, he just posted it a day early. -
It was Carrington, the other post player, the one with braids. Both the twins and Reed are back. I saw Cleveland twice already this year. They have a very good starting 5, but the bench is very suspect. They are good, but not state tourney good in my opinion.
Who have they lost to this year? TABC has them at 10-1
Lost to Port Arthur Memorial by 24 in the James White tourney.
The HJ tourney was pool play first. After pool play, then the brackets were made based on the seeding from pool play. -

With just 12 teams and having access to 3 gyms there at BH, you would think they would go pool play then bracket play. ::) I know that the girls are having a tourney too, but it still could be done. -
Sounds like a bunch of "sour grape" type cowards who cant compete. So let me ask a question.... Do you think HJ gets calls at home games? OF COURSE THEY DO!!! And a person would be a complete idiot to think otherwise. 2nd Question..... Why is it so wrong for BH to get calls, but EVERYONE ELSE has to gripe about it? You guys are ridiculous....
No one has said anything about BH getting calls from the officials. -
We will no longer allow any threads to be posted calling out basketball officials. Also, keep your posts to a bare minimum when talking about the officiating in a particular game. We will have a short leash on this subject from here on out. Thanks for your cooperation.

I thought that Sabine was better than Pleasant Grove which was evident with their 15 point win over PG. Pleasant Grove did not impress me at all and I don't care if they are playing their first week of basketball. They do not defend very well and do not shoot the ball well at all. They are WAY OVERATED!!

How did Silsbee get involved in this mess?
