Even if it were true that JY needs 50 (that would mean they have lost nearly 300 ::)) I still believe they will still opt to stay 4A. There is no other local 3A district that they could play in. Of course unless those other 5 schools decided to go where their enrollments put them. I think Greg Wise ego would get in the way of JY going down to 3A. ;)

[/quote] It was confirmed to me by people "in the know" that it was 30 day suspensions. School suspensions (at least from my personal knowledge) are counted by school days, do not include weekends. In this case, this is well short of the "30" days. But, there could be a valid reason for the suspension being cut short.

Why do you Kelly people keep referring to the St. Pius "7" point win over St. Thomas? BTW, the score of that game was 33-30 Pius over Thomas. ;)

All I wanted to know was why the 30 day punishment was cut in half? Just curious, could be a valid reason. I am not passing judgement on anyone that's involved.
