12. Ethan Franklin is as good a freshman pitcher as I have ever seen. He did a great job last night. Started getting a little tired in the 6th (had two of his 4 BB's in that inning) Franklin ended with 6 1/3 IP, 1 run, 3 hits, 8 K's, 4 BB's. Very good job. Buna had the big inning in the 2nd, getting 3 extra base hits (2 doubles and a triple) coupled with 3 Warren errors, scoring 7 of their 8 runs. Buna had a total of 7 hits with 5 of those being extra base hits (4 doubles, triple). Big bats for Buna: Ethan Franklin    1-3, triple, run scored, 2 RBI Braidon Franklin  1-3, double, run scored, 2 RBI Richard Waaldren 2-4, double, 2 runs scored The 6th inning was Warren's best threat as they had the bases loaded with one out, After giving up a single to his first batter faced, scoring the first Warren run, Kolton Clark then got a strikeout followed by a grounder to the pitcher to end the threat. Clark finished with 0 runs, 1 hit, 3 K's, in 1 2/3 innings of relief. Dylan Watts took the loss, going 4 complete innings, giving up 8 runs (4 earned), 6 hits, 3 K's, BB, 2 HBP Big bat for Warren: Brandon Choate  1-3, SAC, run scored Hunter Holloway  1-3, RBI

 17.
I wouldn't say that He has been the only major talent out of this area but he is the only major talent from a big school to get the recognizion out of the area in the last 5 years. In my opinion Ryan Danahoe, Brandon Letsinger, or Tramaine Thomas all were very equal to the talent level of J'covan but they all went to small schools. Before people bash me, im not saying they were better but IMO J'covan wasnt head and shoulders better than  those three. My point is if J'covan is good enough to be they best player at Texas than these three easily could have played at a D-1 school somewhere.
Tremain hardly went to a small school. He went to the University of Arkansas on a football scholarship and has been starting at safety the last two seasons.
