First of all neither schools really have a homecoming, but when they do play each other, it's considered the homecoming game for the home team. For high schools these days, the decision for when homecoming will be is based on the date on the calender, not who the opponent will be. The days of the high school coach determining who the opponent and when homecoming will be is long gone.
