1. Get those questions and comments posted for tonight's show. Some big games to talk about: WB/PAM, BC/WOS, Vidor/Central, Kirbyville/Jasper, Crosby/GCM, Huffman/Cleveland, Livingston/Ozen among others. Also can start looking at playoff projections.
 2.
Check again Mel Kyper, they are 13 while LCM is 10, change the batteries in your calculator... wait, let me mispell a couple of words then you can rag me over that like the rest of the English majors on this board.  Maybe you were watching Longhorn volleyball while you posted and got a little distracted, understandable.
I am talking about the actual poll that Cougtalk posted that 6 others voted on. Wasn't talking about your own personal poll. But, Central did beat LCM just a week ago. ;)
 3. All I know is, according to the stats from the 21-3A statistician, Silsbee sacked BC 2 times and had 7 tackles for loss. BC sacked Silsbee 1 time and had 5 tackles for loss.
 4. Hmmmmm... Central beat LCM just a week ago, LCM has lost 3 straight, yet Central is 5 spots lower than LCM. Makes sense. ::)

 8.
I look for a low scoring game. Both defenses are very good. Silsbee came in averaging about 30 points a game, shutout. I know the QB got hurt but the back up was a very good athlete. BC's defensive backfield is as solid as any team I've seen this year, rank with Vidor's. I think the key to winning the game for WOS is the offensive line. If they can win the line of scrimmage, which Silsbee didn't do, they have a good chance to win this game.
So based on these stats, just who did win the line of scrimmage in the BC/Silsbee game?                               Silsbee Bridge City Total yards                   249  190 First downs                     15 11 Rushes/Yds                 33/150 33/133 Average rush           4.54 4.03 Comp/Atts                 14/32/6 15/7/0 Pass yards                     99 57 Silsbee ran 64 total plays, BC 48. Both teams averaged right at 4 yards per play.
 9.
In due time.  In due time!!!!! My real question since the evidence is there.......will the proper school district choose to do anything about it!!!
Are you suggesting that students from another school did this vandalism? I understood it to be HJ students who did this.

 11.
Does this mean that 3A will remain the same for the next 2 years, or is there another chance for them to vote on it before next year?
It could be voted in at this next realignment.
 12. There needs to be a separate level for Hemphill's soph QB Justine Twine. Through 7 games, he has over 2300 yards rushing.
 13. UIL To Continue Study of Div. 1/2 in 3A     The University Interscholastic League Policy Committee listened to proposal to divide Class 3A football into two divisions.     Wary of adding financial burdens to schools the committee chose to recommend continued study on all three items.     Class 3A football currently has two divisions in the playoffs, but not during the regular season like the system used for Class 1A and 2A. Tatum ISD superintendent Dee Hartt proposed to the Legislative Council that Class 3A football teams be separated into divisions prior to the playoffs an idea which originated from a staff study presented in a 2006 spring Athletics Committee meeting. He cited Class 3A’s disparity between the size of its largest school and its smallest as the reason for the change.     This is a constant issue for the UIL, which has made Class 3A the state’s smallest classification with 182 football teams in comparison to other conferences that have 200 or more teams. Despite the efforts, 3A football can have a school with 430 students compete against school of 989 students.     At the June UIL Athletics Committee meeting, the Committee did not vote to approve splitting Class 3A despite a Spring 2011 3A superintendent survey response that was 73 to 70 (51 percent) in favor of using a split conference. The proposal was discussed in both the Athletics and Policy Committees Sunday with the Policy Committee recommending the UIL continuing to monitor.     “As far as equity it makes sense,” Executive director Charles Breithaupt said. “It’s a question of would be more travel. And you’re going to have more travel.”     The worry over increased travel had the Policy Committee hesitating. The Committee considered putting an item on a referendum ballot increasing 3A football’s playoff representation to four teams. Director of athletics Mark Cousins even suggested flipping the current divisional representation as a stop-gap measure. This would allow a 3A football district’s two largest playoff representatives participate in Division I, while Division II had the district’s smallest playoff representative. Currently a district’s largest playoff representative goes in Division I, while Division II is the remaining two schools.
Question is will silsbee move down? or will the pollsters try to make excuses again about how they had a bad game or BC barely beat them. May i atleast point out that the team that BEAT silsbee got beat by vidor 21 to 6.  ::)  8)
How could the pollsters make excuses AGAIN for Silsbee when this was their first loss? BTW, I haven't seen where any pollster has made any excuses for Silsbee. You still mad. ;) ;D

 18. Interesting part of the article: That's coaching' Texas State coach Dennis Franchione said he wanted only to give backups playing time when they scored a touchdown as time expired and did not intend run up a score. A visibly bothered Woodard kept answers short when asked about the touchdown. "Different people do different things," Woodard said. When asked if he said anything about it to Franchione, Woodard said, "I don't ever do that. That's coaching. That's choices." Read more: [Hidden Content]
