  2. I know nothing about a transfer QB at EC.
  3. I believe the QB for Hardin last year was a senior.
  4. Heard the manger say that they were going to take things with caution with Pena. I was expecting Pena to sit yesterday due to the prior game being a night game and the following game being a day game.
  5. I stood on the sidelines for that game last year. Trust me, Hardin was good enough to win that game. EC got the win, 28-22, but it was a battle from start to finish. EC got a score on a pick 6 and another set up by a fumble deep in Hardin territory. Hardin actually had more offensive yards than EC. With what Hardin has returning (19 starters, 24 of 29 lettermen) I would favor them in the game over EC. EC getting them at home is a plus but very curious who replaces Fontenot at QB. EC having the upper hand over Hardin in the past helps with the confidence. But I have to believe Hardin will be coming into this season with lots of confidence.
  6. They will be very good. Good enough to win district and make a little noise in the region.
  7. Maroon vs. White scrimmage this Saturday night at 6pm.
  8. Houston goes down 6-4. Astros were 4-14 with RISP. 10 LOB's.
  9. Arrighetti lasted 3 2/3. 11 hits, 5 runs on 86 pitches. Astros down 6-3 after 5.
  10. Thru three innings, Arrighetti has given up 5 runs on 10 hits. Over 70 pitches. Not the start he was wanting for his first time back since beginning of season.
  11. Arrighetti with a rough first inning. Gave up 3 runs on 6 hits. Faced all 9 batters in that inning. Marlins left the bases loaded. Threw 30 pitches.
  12. I think Hardin is going to be really tough.
  13. Week 10 and Week 11 have coverage area teams as the best game. Week 10 is Angleton at La Porte Week 11 is Garrison at Joaquin (I have permission from the DCTF guys to post that info)

  15. No joke. Eovaldi has given up just 1 hit thru 7 innings.
  16. I have taken down many advertising posts. Not sure any still remain.
  17. Mariners are a -250 for this game. Seattle with Woo on the mound tonight. I like the Mariners in this one. lol
  18. Astros win 7-3. Houston uses 5 pitchers total with Blubaugh going 5 innings (3-7). Abreu and Hader finished it off. Every Houston batter got a hit.
  19. That's not going to happen here. Against forum rules to copy and paste premium (subscribe content) and post here. Sorry
  20. Blubaugh with a good 5 innings for the Stros. Came in the 3rd, gave up 2 runs on 3 hits, 5 K's. Houston leads 7-3 after 7.
  21. They are making this game a bullpen game in order to give some of the starters extra rest. Probably see Houston use 5-6 pitchers in this game. Gives Brown 6 days and will make the start in the opener at Yankees. Will also allow Arrenghetti to pitch the second game on Saturday and Framber on Sunday. I personally like this move.
  22. I know all about civil disobedience. I just don't see this as the same. I also do not think redistricting should be on this bill. That should be on a separate bill all on it's own or not even put on a bill. Let the voters decide.
  23. I get that. But if Reps (both sides) were to do this all the time without any immediate repercussions, then how can legislature work fluidly? I can certainly understand voting someone out because they no longer rep your beliefs and values. But I don't need to vote someone out if they don't show up for work. That should be handled accordingly and immediately. Just my opinion. Would feel this way if the sides were reversed.
