Yeahh the last fight got totally out of hand, and this was by both teams.. The first fight la marque did not cause. helmets were flying... bodies we being slammed... (by players and officers) just uncalled for. I did not see exactly how that last one started but you could feel the tension during the shaking of hands.

Things haven't changed too much for the worse from last year in LM football wise with the exception of younger lines but they aren't too shabby. If anything I'd have to say LM is better off coaching wise this year as opposed to last. Only real drastic change this year is that Manvel is a tougher cookie to crumble as they are a better team with consistency than LM was last year. LM played better than expectations last season and if I were facing the Mavs tonight I'd have more concern with being in the game come the 4th quarter. It's just my opinion but to be quite honest I think you can look forward to the old or new outcome that you suffered at the hands of LM last year but perhaps even worse this go round? Good luck and if your boys prove me wrong I'll gladly tip my hat to your Broncos but I wouldn't count on that scenario playing out....we'll see? I don't think we threw more than one pass the whole game, and we possess 3 receivers over 400 yards for the season... It was obvious that la marque controlled the game.. Ozen controlled field position i guess...

Seem as though it will be thunderstorming tomorrow all day, according to the local weather channel.... That doesnt fair too well for this game. UIL rules say if the reffs spot lightening in the sky, they can suspend the game and/or reschedule it... That is why i have yet to buy my ticket.

They might have very well been.  When I said that Ozen could beat La Marque was not a shot at the La Marque program at all.  Myself, and everyone that follows high school ball has much respect for La Marque's program.  I was simply saying that Ozen is a legit team, with good coaching, and good players that have gotten it done.  La Marque probably SHOULD win on Saturday, but remember that Brenham was SUPPOSED to win yesterday.  You will not see me cracking on anyone from La Marque, Ozen, or Manvel.  Good luck to La Marque and Ozen this week. May be the same swagger, but new coaching and new offensive/defensive system.. La marque is obviously the favorite but goodluck to Ozen.

I'll be in alvin, TX watching the La marque coogs and Manvel mavs duke it out. This is sure to be a good one.!

I wish we could have played LT last year.. Just for the fun of it. But im glad we not play them this year. Our numbers have decrease too much to really compete with them this year.
