Texas Boom 12U won the USFA World Series in Panama City,FL this past week. They went Undefeated thru the tournament. The same girls went Undefeated thru the Texas state tournament. We are so proud of these young ladies. Alyssa Collazo, Kiley Brown, Ryden Stanfield, Karleigh Hensley, Sierra Wiltz, Megan Peveto, Kayln Xayaseng, Emma Humplik, Keiten Day, Rayven Fuss. Special thanks go's to the coach's Keith Day, Harry Wiltz, and Heath Hensley. There was another team from SETX that won at the World Series Impact Gold Cornelieus, big congrats to them.

The age group is 10U which is 10 and under as of December 31 of the previous year. Your daughter needs a 12U team h

We are mostly a 02 team with a few 03's. we will have try outs after we return from the World Series in Florida. Will keep yall up dated.

Last I heard she is going to play for a school in Alabama

As a parent that should make you proud. Knowing that your kid will do the right thing and just say that is what they would do. That is incredible character for kids that age(Middle Schoolers). Exspecially in this day and age.

Alisha Fuss,a senior at LCM was selected to be a catcher for the Under Armour National Team. She will continue her softball career at LeTourneau University.

My daughter played in a few in the spring. We enjoyed the tournaments. In the younger age group (12u) we got to play 5 innings. Which I enjoyed. Felt more like a real game instead of watching the clock.

They will start have tournaments in the Houston area. They just got a director for the area.

It is an organization like USFA. Rules are the same but the games are longer. The tournament format is a little different.

There are a number of teams out of SWLA also. If you are looking for a team for your daughter I would recomend being a pick up player since most rosters are full right now. When it comes to fall I would go to every tryout I see posted and hear about. Just remember the coaches are trying out for you as well as your daughter trying out for them.

That all depends on your expectations. Each team has something to offer. You need to make sure the coaching is a good fit for your daughter and yourself. You spend a lot of time with the people on your team.

Just right off the toip of my head you have Crush,Octane,OOC,Blast,Power,Impact Gold,Intensity,Bayou Bats,5 Tool Academy,and Sun Devils. All of these are Organizations. Not sure how many teams each one has.

Bullet Baseball and Softball out of Lake Charles is a great organization. Have been really pleased with the coaching and the over all organization. On the Softball side my daughter is receiving great instruction in softball and life lessons. Could not ask for a better place for my daughter to grow as an athlete and young lady.
