1. Yeah it plays for a good scenario. But Buna better have their best game of the year. Woodvilles on a roll and returns several starters. Should be a great game. Whoevvr wins is definitely gonna have to earn every bit of it.
 2.
Coming off a disappointing loss to East Chambers and more than likely being w/o several key players, this looks like an Eagle victory Friday night.  But....this just might work to Buna's advantage.  26 - 14 Buna
Like a motivation factor for Buna or underestimation on Woodvilles part because of the injuries?
 3. I dont think theyve won since they beat Deweyville on October 16, 2009 in week 7. So next Friday will make 23 in a row for the Warriors...but they have improved dramatically over last years team and will continue to improve in my opinion.
 4.
Hope the winner emerges injury free, and good luck in the playoffs!  8)
Yeah neither one of these teams need any more injuries after the past few weeks.
 5. For Woodville it's simple; win(or lose by less than 13) and in. For Buna its not that simple. Woodville, coming off a 32-0 route of an improved Kountze team, should be reloaded and ready to go with the return of two starting offensive lineman and the explosive Dominique Lockhart. Buna is shaken up with a questionable Lynn Williams and starting quarterback. Buna will have bring their 'A' game in order to stop this Woodville team that's on a huge roll going into the last week of the season. This one will be close until the fourth. Then Woodville should pull away. Im taking Woodville. Woodville 36 Buna 13
 6. Woodville 32 Kountze 0. No contest here.
 7. Newton takes this one easily. Newton 35 Anahuac 7
 8.
How in the world is Dayton still up there? Maybe they will be dropped after they get smoked this week.
I asked that same question.
 9. Okay so Woodville beats Anahuac @Anahuac, 36-21. Anahuac beat Buna 42-21. But yet Woodville is unranked and Anahuacs #7 AND Buna is at #5?? Makes perfect sense huh?

 11. Woodville coming off a huge win at Anahuac, 36-21, putting in the drivers seat for their road to the playoffs. Kountze coming off a decisive loss to East Chambers, 35-6. I think Kountze will come put fired up and ready to ruin Woodville's playoff chances, but Woodville will quickly deflate their hopes and take this one easily and big. Woodville 52 Kountze 15
 12.
From what I was told Woodville had a dew starters out as well... hopefully they are back by the Buna game
If they are, then Buna could be in for a long night with an explosive lockhart back and their whole line. They could be a tough force going into the playoffs. Seems like they've gotten their stuff together pretty well.
 13. Woodvile caught pretty much every break, dominated up front, and except for three big plays stuffed Anahuac's offense. Good game Woodville. Anahuac didnt really have the fire-power they usually do. Most of them played hard. Just not strong enough up front and didnt have the fire-power they have in the past.

 17. Lynn Williams rushes for 250+ in a route. Im thinking Buna by 41. Buna 48 Kountze 7
 18. Woodville coming off a downing loss to Newton, 42-13. Hardin coming off a huge loss to East Chambers, 56-0. Woodville will be bouncing off a hard loss at Newton and looking to take it out on someone. Hardin coming off a blowout at the hands of EC and struggling often this year. Im going with Woodville. Woodville 42 Hardin 6

 20. No bragging. Just stating that Woodville looked impressive. Whether it was Warren or not. And they didnt run it up. Trust me. Daniels didnt carry the ball in the fourth at all. Harrison or Lockhart didnt at all in the second half. If they wanted to run it up, it couldve been 75-0. And yes i definitely know Woodville isnt completely ready. Theyve got ALOT to work on. And okay get back to me on his stats in that game. He's a good running back. And no, Woodville will obviously not put up those stats against Newton. Its a naive statement to say so. If Woodville comes to play, itll be a good game. Not a blowout by either team.
 21. I dont think itll be an upset if Buna wins. Theyre a good football team. I havent seen much from Anahuac seeing as theyve played the two worst teams in the district. Buna got blown out by Newton. IMO if they cant stop Newtons speed, they wont stop Anahuacs. If speed is truly their weakness then the Cougars are in for a long night, im afraid.
Not to mention lockhart had 150+ and 2TD's in the first half along with Harrison's 100+ and 1 TD. Woodville ran 4 or 5 backs on a high level consistently all night. They showed people alot more than they expected.
Not to mention you played Warren!!! ;)
OKay well when whoever you support plays Warren, get back to me and let me know how many 100+ yard performances yall have. We're at 2 possibly 3 100+ and 1 250+ and over 500 yds rushing as a team. If your team beats that, ill admit that it means absolutely nothing JUST because it was against Warren. Yes, Warren isnt very good at all. But 500 yards rushing, 54 points, and a shutout is great against anyone. No matter the talent level. But again, get back to me on that.
 23.

I know this isn't much of a measuring stick, but #11 for Woodville hiwed me alot tonight. He had well over 150 yds and two 50+ yd touchdown runs. He runs hard and has more speed than I thought.
Trent Daniels- #11, had 17 carries for 283 yards and 3 TDs
Well obviously my assumption was an under-estimate. I think he proved a little something last friday. Whether it was Warren or not.
 24. Ok so for the second year in a row...Newton comes in, a highly ranked team that has high expectations, and loses to EC. Ok, not a big deal. But cut the excuses. I understand Newton had a terrible game. Every highschool football team does every now and then. East Chambers handed it to Newton last week. Whether Nwtn had a bad game or not. EC is a really good football team and its gonna take a really good football team that shows up to play to beat them. If Newton wouldve done that, they wouldve had a whole lot better chance of winning. But I think Newton is very well-coached and have some good athletes and if they decide to do it, they can get it together and still be a district contender. Theyre a very good football team.
