If Ozen and BH are #5 and #6, Central and Vidor should be in the rankings, but the playoffs is what is most important and hopefully a couple of these teams reach regionals and one represents this area in Austin.  *of couse I'm hoping for BH ;)   

yes this was at home.  Offense was down but played pretty good D.  We'll travel to Dayton and will host Summer Creek toward the end of the district schedule.

BH remains undefeated in district.  Summerwood has 1 loss and Dayton has 2.  BH won't play either one until the end of this month.

I agree.  They should be in the top 25 and can make a run in the playoffs.  Sometimes not being ranked pushes you a little harder.  I see ranked teams get a little over confident sometimes.

Slow start...down by 3 after 1, but then woke up

This should be a good battle tonight between 2 teams that can get after it on both ends of the court. 

Not a fun game to watch but you have to play the district games. 

BH moves to 7-0 in district.  Dayton and Summer Creek I think are tied in 2nd with 1 loss a piece.

Fun game to watch as both teams were working hard and fighting for every rebound and loose ball.

Congrats.  That is a hard working group of girls.

Memorial won in a double overtime thriller over Clear Lake and will play Barbers Hill in the Championship game.  Should be a fun game.

Clear Lake beat Vidor and PA Memorial beat GCM so the 4 teams going to the Gold Bracket are Clear Lake, PAM, Alief Hastings and Barbers Hill.  Clear Lake plays PAM and BH takes on Hastings in the Gold Semis.

Vidor started a little slow but won easily.  (8am games are always tough).  The 3's started falling right at the end of the 2nd quarter.  Everyone on the teams gets after it and plays hard on both ends.

BH wins tonight by 10 points.  Poor shooting but we'll take the win.  Both teams got after it as expected.
