I'll post the quote and nominate you for President if we win a state title this year! Those are very lofty aspirations, but we'll see. Would have to beat alot of good teams to get to that point!

It was at the end of the game and Central had beaten WB 10-0! Now, does it seem uncool, unsportsmanlike? I thought so!

I agree.........some Central players did that to our logo at midfield when the Beaumont Bowl was played at WB back in 1990. Was very uncool! >

Hey, I dont think anybody expects Humble to come over and just give us a district title, or lay down, as you call it. I have every bit of respect for Humble and I expect it will be the first test we've really had since our Week 2 loss to Spring Westfield. I expect a very hard fought game as Humble is no pushover. I do think, however, that WB is the better team and, should, win. But if we were to lose, it would be to the best team in the district....and I can respect that. I think the Wildcats will be very prepared. With the exception of their loss to Spring, I dont think they've seen a group with as much team speed as WB has. The Bruins will be as equally prepared for this game. I just hope we get a clean officiated game, and that the ref's let the players decide the outcome. We dont need another repeat of the Westfield game, as the best team lost. Good Luck Wildcats! ;D

I dont know about easy......I've seen Humble scouts at at least three of our games looking at us at the Sterling, Lee and the Kingwood game. They will be ready. I feel fairly good about the game, though. If we just show up to play, and play our brand of football, I think we'll be OK!

Well, after Week 8 and our win over PA Memorial, we moved up a little in the rankings.......we're up to #18 in 5A! Way to go Bruins! [Hidden Content]

All I can say is WOW they wanted to win that game badly! Did you see the opposing players basically quit and stop pursuing the ball after about the 8th lateral.....Amazing! I counted 15 lateral passes in that play!

well, you've got Sterling next week, who you'll probably beat......but then you've got Humble. They're gonna be pissed after getting beat by WB the week before, so they'll prolly be playing with a sense of urgency to go into the playoffs on a winning note. I doubt PAM will beat the Wildcats. So, no you're prolly not in!

What's our current injury status? Did we lose anybody last Friday night. We're gonna need everyone on their A game against the Wildcats! WB could have beaten them last year, and I think we're better in all facets of the game this year. Should be a great game!
