Bjimbo I'm a Silsbee fan and I didn't enjoy the game. I'm willing to put money that HJ send Cleveland to the sideline with Silsbee next week. Ejoy this blow because Tuesday your season will end as well! Go Hawks! FYI Aggie didn't committ the crime as far as I know and its to proven that the Cleveland kids did yet either. Guys Silsbee was just too small down low. They missed a gang of layups and FT's. Sealy played about as well as they have possibly played all year. Don't hang your head Silsbee. You played your hearts out and that's all we as fans can ask. I for one had a blast getting back in the mix as a fan and following you.

I expect Silsbee to draw a lot of fouls early in this game. When a team gets tired, they start making silly fouls. Silsbee needs to shot around 70% from the FT strip to put this team away.

Lazeek ok I don't care to attend all 30+ games my old school plays. I pick and chose the ones I have time for. 

Best Silsbee team ever would have been 1997 or 1998. Lineup for 97/98 team to start was Miller, Holden, Airline, Henry, and T. Airline. That team would have been GREAT! Miller moved back to Kountze after about 8 games. This years team could be one of the most successful of them all. Only time will tell.

Aggie, thanks for proving me wrong again. I owe you a gold star. I meant what I posted the second time. I think they have a 80% chance to go to state but a slim chance to win. I don't know how else to state that my friend. Ira and Collins have done a tremendous job keep this team focused. I just hope they really prepare for the playoffs. I have seen some plays get a little frustrated in the few games I have attended. Things will not all ways go your way in the playoffs.

Aggie didn't I say return to state? I said any team in 3A meaning Region 3. Maybe I should have made that clear. IMO Silsbee won't win state but they CAN get back there. We don't have size to bang with Lubbock or Madison but we can run the hell out of them. Who know what will happen. That's why they play the game right?

Lazeek I have been to 3 game dude. Unlike you I'm not old enough to retire and travel to every game and practice that HJ has.

Also Silsbee missed a key reserve due to a fight on the bus on the way back from Cleveland in the last district game.

And here's the FISH...Silsbee played a warm up game that year in Lufkin vs Lufkin. Silsbee won 75-62. Had another 6 day lay off and Chapel Hill hit 7-11 3 pointers in the game and shot 60% from the floor. They were a good team that beat Silsbee because they didn't seem to be focused for that game.

Aggie, every year there are teams who may have something to say about Silsbee trying to make a run at state. What I said is "if they play the same way they played against Kountze, HJ, and West Brook, no team in 3A could beat them. Sure Coldsprings, HJ, Cleveland, Mexia, and Sealy would have something to say about that. Will they? Maybe Maybe not. Stop woring about bad karma or another team reading this site and getting fired up. My belief is Silsbee will beat Sealy by 11, Coldsprings by 8, Lorena by 15, and Cleveland by 6 in OT to advance to state. This my opinion Tigervice. I have no need to piggy back off some elses statements. I make my own and stand by them. I understand that some of you believe in superstitions but get over it! Silsbee will be just fine as long as they play smart ball and make free throws.
