I actually agree 100% with that statement. Silsbee is a town of 6500 or so people and having to play big city schools like Houston and Dallas isn't as fair. If all were fair, Silsbee would have 3-4 titles already if not more.

HJ has a good team this year. I could see them going 3 rounds at least.

Last home lost was to HJ 2014

I hope Silsbee and HJ get back to the same district. It was exciting to see the gyms packed ever few weeks.

I fully expect Silsbee to be in contention to go to state each of the next 2 years as well as winning this year.
