What round ... oh yeah .... not the final week of the season ... to a team that not only jack slapped once, but twice ... talk all the trash ya want ... we will see friday night ... the team that will win is the one with the most heart .... Just ask Bridge City, Vidor, West Orange Stark, Coldsprings... a game last all four quarters ... Center saw that ... Orangefield saw that ... Wildcats win.....

Howard from Kountze has more yards than anyone on that silly list.
How many games has Kountze won .... who have they played ... Ford's yards have come in big games ... in arguably some of the toughest games, just ask the Arp Tigers ... well over 200 yards in a STATE TITLE loss ... how many times does he have the entire stadium knowing he is getting the ball ... I will say it again and this is the bottom line because Big Wildcat said so ... Ford is the best in SETX
BigWildcat are you AKA the used to be "hardcore"...your sign off is real familiar... ;)
No I am not Hardcore, although I do know that gentleman ... Just a fan who speaks the truth
3. 2009 Kirbyville v.s. WOS, great game but Kirbyville got screwed on that two point conversion and lost 21-20
OF stuck with yall by 7 until the 4th quarter (by what i read idk how far in) i believe BC is a better team than OF this season, to say WOS will win by 28 is dreaming and wishing apon a shooting star...
why is that dreaming? what has bc done or who has bc beaten that makes you think any different? was it the powerhouse shepherd, stafford, or kelly that makes you think you have a legit shot? congrats on beating silsbee, its the only decent team youve beaten thus far.
and holding Kville to within 7 until the final what? 4 or 5 minutes of the game before we got desperate and tried to force a tie / win? BC could have owned that W but gave it away.. you're a fool to think otherwise. we beat silsbee tonight... (some thought BC would lose by double digits???) gonna be a looooong weak with trash talk already starting right after a Friday night game! haha. ill talk more monday after tonight's win has been properly celebrated!  ;)
What are you smoking ... I have no dog in this fight ... but you gave nothing away to Kirbyville .. 51-31 is giving nothing away ... a better team took the game that night ... which is what winners do ... WOS by 14 ...
6. Best game I've ever seen was the 2005 (i believe) Wildcat victory over Jasper ... right before Hurricane Rita .. Kirbyville wins on 2 point conversion at the end of the game ... Same team that went on to play Gilmer that year in another classic ... doesn't get any better
7. Pure talent and speed ... gotta go with Roberts from WOS ... but if I need guts, big plays, and want a gamer .... gotta take my player from Kirbyville ... Cucancic
8. Fred Ford .... enough said ... just ask the fans from WOS (and I have ... I work in Orange) ... even while most teams keying on him or stacking the box to stop him (Vidor, ColdSprings, Bridge City, etc...), he still has managed over 100 in all the games ... This has opened up lanes for the other running backs ... and guess what he blocks too .... just ask the player from Bridge City he flipped on a run by Heywood...
9. K-ville wont get out of sync. Coach Alvarez wont turn down the intensity one bit
10. As a die hard fan of both the coaching staff and the kids at Kirbyville, I think the way things were handled last Friday night was totally right. If you did not notice, the starters played most, if not all, of the first half. This is no different than last year against Shelbyville, San Augustine, Hemphill, and Woodville and it did not seem to hurt Kirbyville in the playoffs ... Secondly, as you saw, the seniors did not look at this as being benched, but rather cheered for thier younger and less experienced teammates. This is a sure sign of a team, not just a bunch of individuals. Third, while wins are important, (and they are), the lesson being taught last friday was one of a reward for hard work, being kind to your fellow man, and not taking advantage of a situation in which you could abuse your power. These are life lessons people. These are things these young men will use later in life.... Chill out people ... enjoy the ride our kids are having....... ;D
11. playing on the jv i mean ... all that driving back on 63 and 96  fueled by mountain dew have effected my typing ....LOL
12. FYI .. Brooks and Heywood have been a running tandem since junior high ... with the logjam on varsity a back who would probably be getting carries and starts for other varsity teams is playing on the varsity ... and just wait till you seem him play backer in a game .. hits like a truck ..
13. Kountze couldnt even get 100 rushing yards on Kville and they wouldnt have a chance againist WOS

15. I graduated from West Sabine in 1982 with Coach Whitton's daughter. He was always a class act and a wonderful human being. He treated every student with grace and caring...Aside from them wins and championships what better legacy is that..
16. 1983 D-field Tigers just completely dominate on route to a state championship
17. May Heavenly Father's Eternal Strength Be With The Garrett Family .... May Heavenly Father's Embrace Comfort His Friends, Teammates, And The Entire WOS Mustang Family .... You Will Be In The Prayers Of The Entire Wildcat Nation.
