Lincoln was the most fun game for us in the band. We loved watching them have fun out there. They'd almost "make love" to their drums.

We ran into a guy in Natchitoches in the hotel this past weekend.  He stopped and asked “does that PNG on your shirt stand for Port Neches?”  
we said yes it does and he ended up telling us he “hated our guts” lol and that he graduated from Port Arthur Lincoln.

That's the point! It's supposed to be confusing to the opponent. They have a multiple offense and one of them is the T-formation with 3 backs which you don't see hardly anybody using. RBs should all be ready to go and they will probably use 4 of them, at least. They also feature the shotgun and sometimes use the I formation. On defense they run an aggresive 4-2-5 with speed.

Nah, this'll be a close one. I think Angleton is kinda like us as in wanting to play physical, run the football and set a tone defensively, only difference with them is offensively they get under center, we don't.

after predicting a 4th place finish(being in this region really didn't matter what place) imo, the only team that will send PAM home are themselves. with the way the bracket is set up, THERE IS NO REASON THEY CAN'T GO 3-4 RDS!!. Morgan have improved SOMEWHAT on play calling. the team can't have dumb penalties and for gods sake, CAN WE GET A SECONDARY???? That will be our BIGGEST weakness.

Aint no easy path in R3 lol! Honestly, this might be the most balanced tournament I can remember region to region. R1 most likely comes down to Aledo/Denton Ryan. R2 Lone Star/ Highland Park/Reedy. R3 A&M/Lufkin/CS/Weiss. R4 Pieper/PSJAN/SV. And none of that counted dark horses like Richland/Midlothian/Georgetown/Angleton/La Porte/Ball/Flour Bluff/New Braunfels/Vela. Then complete wildcards like Abilene/Cedar Park/Lake Belton/West Mesquite/Red Oak/Barbers Hill/ SA Southwest/ CCVM. Going to be really fun! Cant wait!

What happened to PAM ?  I believe they were ranked as high as 5th in the state and projected to win district. 

So Im hearing that PAM has made a change at QB...If it's true that's the craziest thing ive heard of doing so 9 games into the season! 

Well,  PAM came into this week ranked  #17 and  Lufkin #14,  In fact it was PAM who was pre season #10 in the polls, while Lufkin was #15.  Lufkin had missed tackles and had TOs too.  No busted kick coverage, that was about the 5th or 6th KO/punt return for TD by Lufkin's #2 this year.  Both sides made mistakes and had penalties.  I think that was a darn good win on the road with 8 or 9 starters out and our OC down in the Bahamas at his son's wedding.  PAM had their opportunities roll with a win at HOME, you had everything in your favor.

I got Ned. I picked them before the season even started, @Austin1985 and a few others on here can vouch for that. Good luck to both, should be a good game. 

I expect both defenses to get after it but I think the Lufkin run defense will be the difference in this game. Don't think PAM will be able to pass the ball consistently enough to get us out the box. I still think PAM is a year away and Lufkin's time is right now.

Bad coaching and our kids playing at other schools in the Golden Triangle. But we do have some talent in the pipelines if Jackson does his job and hire the kids a coach that actually knows how to lead young men to win football games.

The name is not Weake Brook. The high school is West Brook.  Being insulting is  juvenile behavior. It is very easy  to be rude behind a keyboard. You don't have that same energy when you lose. You don't live in Beaumont. West Brook is not a rival.  The Titans played that game already. Galveston Ball is your rival. The Titans were losing a fight started. West Brook is creating a new culture over there. All of you want to critique something and you don't know the whole story. The story will not be divulged on this board. The team is young and will be ready for every game.

Not to take away from BH effort, but I think it was more of PAM’s bad play calling and execution  than BH playing “ lights out”

Beaumont West Brook played well enough to win this game if not for the mistakes and an absent passing game...Lufkin has some explosive players that needed to be kept in check but that wasn't the case....People on this thread saying West Brook would lose by 50 made a huge miscalculation...even DCTF had them losing by a huge margin....like i said earlier "it's why you play the game" GO BRUINS

The person who should be next up at qb should be #17 sanders lil brother if not the starter #jmo
