Heard the other day that because Nolan Ryan is owner of the Rangers and also an owner of the Astros AAA affiliate Round Rock Express that Round Rock will likely become the Rangers AAA team beginng next year. The Astros would likely take the Rangers affiliate in Okie City. Any thoughts or has anyone else heard this info?

I am glad for both Berkman and Oswalt, I hated to see them rotting away on this team. Excited that they will get a chance to win again. As for the Astros, I am glad to see them finally moving in a different direction and finally realizing that they suck. Don't really understand why Brett Myers would be untouchabe, he just might bring back better prospects than you get in both the Roy and Lance deals because of the money he is owed the remainder of the year. Just wish there was a way they could get rid of Carlos Lee.

Think we might see total record of (7) in 1991 no hitters in a season broken this year. We are at 5 credited plus the Galaragga mess makes 6 in my mind. And quite a few taken very deep into games. Good to see pitching making a comeback!

my fantasy baseball site said Strasburg has 1st bad outting. Sucker went 6.1 gave up 3er and still scored over 10  points in our league. If he can score that on a bad night, things look good for this kid.

Saw another local boy got his first professional hit on June 21st his 1st pro game. Congrats to BC's Johnny Dishon, playing with the Helena Brewers. [Hidden Content]

Guerro has been solid for them. But as always its gonna come down to pitching in the second half.

Lima was one of my favorite Astros of all time. Of course you love the way Biggio played the game, but you can't help to love the passion and the fun this guy had playing such a great game. I will truely miss him.

Guess the cameras have to look for something more interesting since the Phil's offense looks more like the Astros than their own over the past month.  :o

Also sad to see him go. I was kinda wishing he would hang on and play with his son like his father did.  8)
