The Lady Dawgs will be playing at Kelly High School this Friday, March 1st for their first round of playoffs against Plano Prestonwood.

Love watching these young women play. They are a group of talented athletes on the field.

[color=blue]It has been a month, but Kelly Lady Dawgs went to San Antonio to the San Antonio SACE & Shamrocks Invitational and won first place. They beat out their rival St. Agnes Academy. Go DAWGS!!!!!

RIP the Fab 5 tied them their Junior year when our current Lady Dawg Seniors were freshman. We actually were winning 1 - 0 until the last minute of the game they came and tied us. Our Lady Dawgs fought hard and it was so nice to have a level playing field with unbiased referees in San Antonio. It was amazing. I have waited six seasons for this game. So the current Seniors have a win and a tie against Agnes under their belt. The lady Dawgs showed great sportsmanship on their win as well. So proud. Go DAWGS.

Enjoyed watching these girls play this game. They brought their "A" game on. If the Lady Dawgs play like this during playoff games they will make it state. Can't wait until the playoffs. Great job LADY DAWGS!!!!!!

How do Seniors get picked for this upcoming event.

I would honestly politely ask who votes for these girls. There are several talented players that are on the list but by far there are some extremely talented girls who were missed on this list. What about all of the Division I Senior players who have played for years. Clearly Kelly high has several more talented girls that were not mentioned. Have you checked out the Kelly girls scrimmaging record with the local teams? There is a reason for that. The talent. There is talent scattered throughout the area.  I am truly disappointed in alot of the picks again because I do not feel this is not a true depiction of the true talent that we have in our area. Granted I have watched many of the girls picked over the years and there is talent, and congratulations to them they deserve it. My point is that the Super Gold team for the last several years is that there are some truly talented girls who have just not been mentioned which disheartens me.

RIP Could not agree with your more. These girls played with more heart than I have ever seen in any game. They kept fighting and would not give up. I am so proud of our girls and what they have accomplished over the years since way back when  they were on their little tournament team. They have given us so  much joy to watch over the years and have turned out to be wonderful young ladies on and off the field.  Thank you Madeline, Teilor, Zuri, Claire, Jenny and Yazzy for the memories. We love you!!!!!! For the up and coming who scored three of the six goals and for our defenders who worked so hard today you have some big shoes to fill, but just imagine it..... and it will happen. Go Dawgs.

Shark So glad to hear of the red card turnover for Aaron. So glad you appealed and won!!!!!!!!!!! Great job and good luck. Will be in Dallas cheering my girls on, but will be cheering for you guys in spirit. Would love for these seniors to get to go to state.

So proud of Z. We have watched her grow in all aspects of her life over the years. I am so happy for Zuri and her hard work to make this happen. I am not going to lie that I am going to miss watching you play on the Kelly field, but know you are  going to give those college girls some major competition. Congrats Z!!!!

Nancy has always been a strong player up until her knee injury. She is back full force this year. Can't wait to see her again on the Select fields!!!!!
