Does me no good to second guess him,   Lol.    And in this day and age of Internet, social media etc.  You should not be waiting on a coach to give you a letter from a school.   If you want to play college ball, contact the school you are interested in.  Send film, send letters yourself.  Go,for a unofficial visit, go to camps.  If a school has not found you on social media, command met you themselves.  You need to put in some work contacting them,  Don't wait on them.  There are other schools besides a D1 out there.  D2, D3,  Juco, NAIA.

Hardin has improved since week 1.   I was afraid for a 0-10 season, after seeing them early on.   EC is stacked with talent, has been for years.  Hardin is going in the right direction, but it will take time.   EC also has a large fan base.  I am sure the crowd was larger for Ktz because of it being Ktz, and watching that game.   Keep fighting Hornets.

Head coach for many years has been at home junior high games,  occasional away ones as well.    There has been a small staff for awhile, so all coaches have been to most of the games. 

Very hard to come by,   it may take a year or two more to see it all pay off.  This year will be rough.  Keep your heads up and keep working Hardin

I did notice the discipline the new coach has. After the defeat, the team walked back in single file to the field house, only saw one or two stop to see family,  last few years, win or lose, I saw guys laughing and cutting up with friends and family.  I like the head to field house after a defeat mentality.  Much work to be done.

Kelly's 1st and 2nd QB were out.  
Happy Coach Stark is getting results.  No where close to 07-08.  And last year looked better.

The player and parents have to get the word out, coaches help. Self promotion, go to camps, send emails with highlights to every potential school. Send them again. Not just Div 1 either. They can stil get an education at Div 2, 3. Juco. NAIA.

A few of us gals , did pretty good I'd say. Gotta go with my first instinct more often.

There has been experienced coaches , coaching the JH the last 2 years. Last year the 8th grade tied for 1st, this the 8th grade was in the top 3. 7th grade struggled, but won games no one thought they would.
It takes a village.

The rumor has been circulating since last season , still a rumor. Leave it alone until something official as happened.

If the winnng coach sees you are no longer trying to get back in it, they normally lay off. But if you continue, to pass deep, stop the clock, trick plays, etc. they will continue to score on you.

Off season is great, workouts in summer, and other then what's required with team is where it helps. The Coaches do what they can, the parents help but the Player, the Team has to hold each other and themselves Accountable to be successful. Occasionally there is just a God given athlete, that was born and bred with talent, they work hard, but it comes easier, naturally. Most think they have it, but fail to realize how hard you have to work to have IT.

I will say this about Newton, awesome coaches, they have always come out at the half, after being up by a lot, and said Coach, yall keep playing hard, give us what you have, we need to keep getting better. I'll play some underclassman, non starters etc, and won't run it up. But tell your boys to go till the final whistle. Always a class act.

At minimum. 9. Devastating season. Pray for a injury free game, Buna can rest their starters after half.
Hardin needs to get their players healthy for the rest of the school year.
