There are alot of teams who allow the Me attitude in AAU, but fortunately I have found a team for my son who does not tolerate it.  AAU is more physical,  but that being said he was ready as a freshman for the physical play of high school Varsity ball.  And High school Varisty has helped him mature more on the court for AAU this year.  I have seen some AAU teams that really don't care about the team concept or the players as a whole, but not often.  Most of the teams I have seen are there for the kids, to teach them and get them ready for the next level.

does HF have off season basketball workouts in Spring?  :) or is this universal off season workouts?  Keep working hard guys.  Dove and Mamma when we gonna see each other at a tournament, seems to keep missing you guys?

Unless there is a understanding prior to the season, school should be 1st IMO.  If you will score points and have a chance at Regionals, by all means,  perform at District.  If you have no chance, then play select.  Just depends on what the understanding is prior to the season.

Josh Mitchell was an assistant boys coach at Hardin, before going to Deweyville this year for the Head girl's job.  He did a good job at both, Very smart, and he is from Lumberton

He is good, He is what kept Deweyville on the books.  Not sure about stats, but he is a great shooter, can't leave him open.

Congrats to all of the players. I was able to watch all of these teams play this year and enjoyed watching the boys compete. 

Parents were offered a way to get the money for the trip back.....reply was he will only have one senior class trip ,
