So we had the grace of hosting some summer creek players tonight, they saw 3 td's in the first half went down came back up, then saw two willis scores, where smiling and laughing, then watched Austin, run a 83 yard TD run and got serious again, fun how that works. Looking forward to introducing summer creek to the 19-4a. can we get some 19-4a talk guys.

Honestly i like where my coogs are at, we saw glimpses of what the offense can do against Nederland 3 drives one ended in a fumble, one in 2 great sacks by nederland and one on a TD (beautiful pass btw.) And i think nederland has the best line i've seen minus Dawson/manvel so, i feel like the cougs might be ripe to do some damage come early district. 2 reasons... 1) when dayton loses in district it is almost always early in the season week 0-6, they rarely lose a late district game, and because of that Crosby will get an early shot at them. 2) not sold on Summer Creek, you can score but what happens if your recievers aren't wide open, or if your qb has to run, for his life. Honestly i think the race for 1st is a three horse show, but i will give dayton an edge, as i think they can beat summer creek, and i think Crosby, Dayton will be as competitive as it was last year. I think Dayton is a bit over rated and Nederland is very underrated in this poll.

They aren't the best defense ever but they will do well because they will disrupt litteraly every play.
