Meh I think that's poor analysis from both. 1) it's not about having speed it's about how you use it. 2) I feel PAM was over confident Vidor got a big lead and PAM didn't have enough time to come back. (Got out coached.) 3) the bad analysis from others is that this game will be about speed. It won't be I think the cougar defense is the lynchpin of this team. If the Cougars can control the line of scrimmage like they have this will be a W.

Id add that the team that beat them PNG runs an offense somewhat similar to the Cougars. Hay I didn't think they could be PAM so they must be pretty decent. #noeasywins

I'm fine with Saturday at Lamar that makes sense for them. But Thursday is not looking out for kids those kids then have to go to school the next day extremely tired and that hurts their education. If they wanted the game Saturday it makes sense but Thursday is clearly an attempt to prevent a packed house.

Crosby has made no decision on where we will play. Just a fact at this point. We obviously wouldn't want Thursday night in Beaumont. I feel it's Vidor trying to effect how well we travel and that's sad that they don't want a packed house. Unfortunate they would try to deprive fathers and uncles and brothers from getting to watch their kids play. (Crosby has a lot of 12-16 hour guys that set up their schedule to go to Friday games.) much like PA peeps.

5-2 this season how bout dat for math.

According to a friend that's a teacher there they are 50 students shy of 6a last time they reported. They will be 6a in 2 years.

For the cougs that didn't make it. Every time the 1st team offense got the ball they scored. The second team failed to score at half time (ran out of time.) so the first turnover on downs by the Cougars was at 5:25 in the third. The next time we would lose the ball was when we punted at 7:55 in fourth. Interesting this bit. The cougs scored 9 offensive touchdowns which is kinda rare in games this high scoring most the time a return or pic 6 is involved. Caney Creek is bad but the Cougars came out with a killer instinct tonight.
