Yes, if Silsbee is having another Silsbee football year where year after year challenging for a district championship and most of the time winning it, going two, three sometimes four rounds deep into the playoffs is something to thump your chest a lil bit about and people do talk about that as being a REALLY good season. BC should try it. Our goal is where you get into the playoffs and win the last game of the year. Yes, Silsbee always brings up basketball which is understandable, I can't ever remember BC beating Silsbee in basketball. And you always bring up the only thing BC can do, Baseball, and as well you should with all those district championships which is something to thump your chest about talking about how good you really are despite blaming the umps for constantly losing in a premature exit from the playoffs with a ton of talent. Seriously... this is not the worst team in WOS history and if getting beat by three points on a last second field goal is what you call a spanking you really must be a BC fan. But honestly keep it honest.

Silsbee leads the series with 7 wins against just 1 loss. Silsbee won the last game played in 2013 by a score of 55-21, HF last and only win came in 2007 by a score of 35-14. HF has had an extra week to prepare for the Tigers. HF is a threat, their QB (1) is what makes their offense go. His quick and slippery along with No. 11 they present a challenge. We will have to score and score often. Our defense has been playing some good ball, gonna have to keep working. Being senior night Silsbee may be a little off focus for about the first quarter but should start settling down by the second quarter and pull away the second half. JMO. TigerNation!!!

I'm going to have to one up on the game ball for defense. The whole defense for Silsbee should get it. See that kind of offense for the first time The Tiger defense gave up 165 total yards to Liberty and 68 of that was on their first drive of the game. #20 starting his first game at LB stepped up and play good, The pass defense on that third down play was big for the three year starter #22. The defensive rotation was huge, 8 Dline, 4 LB, 5 DB. To many unsung hero's to name but our defense went to work!!

Wrong!! After Liberty s first drive that was it. Liberty did have a nice third drive but ended in a missed FG. After that it was all Silsbee. Don’t matter how much time you keep the ball if you can’t score you lose. It was a hard fought game on both sides and the score indicated how the game went.

Yes you did. Not only did you say Liberty was the toughest Team Silsbee will face this year you said Liberty is the best clock control team Silsbee will face this year. If you want to put past games out there, Liberty only beat Cleveland by seven points by a score of 7-0 and Cleveland is arguably the worst 5A team in town. Produces? Yeah, I understand what your saying. Putting up that 1st rounder for a WR, knowing about the failures of the past. When I first heard Cooper's name I was like alright he can help, then I seen the trade. Gees not again. We got WRs for the jump ball, Cooper will run routs and Cooper knows when to run what rout. If he can do that, that will be the difference. Hopefully he gets that separation also. Will he be good enough for the money I don't think well see this year, but next year who knows? Thing is we have been so close to win on the road, maybe Cooper will help get us over the hump. If he can help with that, that would definitely be producing and winning in the NFL is all that matters. We'll see?

I think your putting the focus on the wrong side of the ball for Liberty in this game. Silsbee can score on ether on a five minute drive or a ten second drive, clock management is something Silsbee wants to do in a game not necessarily have to have. As long as Silsbee has one more point than the other team at the end of the game, that's what we want. TigerNation!!!

Yes, Liberty presents a problem for Silsbee. Liberty runs an unorthodox offense. Two TE, two slots on outside of TE, the RB up close to the QB kinda like a sniffer and they LOVE to run between the guards. They will line up in a slot-T every now and then and line up with a WR out wide even less. Silsbee will have to play disciplined gap assignments on defense to slow that offense down. Silsbee offensive will score points on their defense. Big game for both teams!!!
