This could have been a trap game for Silsbee, looking ahead we playing BC Friday, but the girls were focus and took the win. Now we can look towards Friday. Go Tigers!!!
-
OK, here we go. The showdown of the top two teams in 21-AAA. And just to let ya'll know last time was four nail bitting games. Two good teams meeting in BC. Has to be game of the week. But until then, tell me what ya'll think.
-
Dont forget about the Dan R Hooks Stadium, its bigger than Silsbee, idk how but its bigger
Better look again at Tiger Stadium. Been looking at DRH all summer long and NO WAY is it bigger than Tiger Stadium. Tiger Stadium is the Flag Ship of 21-AAA maybe Southeast Texas.

Silsbee Freshman (5-1), JV (4-2), and Varsity (5-1) all won tonight. District games in ( ). Go Tigers!!!

WO-S travels to Silsbee for this 21-AAA game. What do ya'll think.

Silsbee JV in the LC-M JV & Freshman tournament. A third place win for the Tigers. On Thursday Silsbee JV beat Kirbyville 2-0, that was also a district game, the JV is 3-2 in district. Then they got a little even with Bridge City for a earlier loss, beating BC 2-0. Saturday, Silsbee JV tangled with PN-G and lost in two games. Then in winning third place Silsbee JV beat Kelly 2-0. Congrats girls. Go Tigers!!!

I back the Scrubs! I would not want them to move. They are in a central location and everybody can hear them. That is great. I would not care if there were 100 of ya'll cheering as long as it is loud and proud. Now there mite be a time when they mite have to move, but maybe the fans will get use to them and see to it that they stay right there, that something special is happening in Silsbee. Keep it real Scrubs. Go Tigers!!!
-
I said it once and I'll say it again, I back the Scrubs. Ya'll are down and just to the right of where I set. I love the spirit ya'll bring to the games, don't stop. Ya'll are in the season ticket holders section, so the people may have a few years on them and are not accustom to the loudness and standing up all the time. Man, just like a college game. Like the others have said be nice and if worst comes to worst ya'll may have to move, I hope not, but it may happen. Find a place and get loud there. But what ever ya'll do ya'll just keep on keeping on. Go Scrubs!!! Go Tigers!!!

bseftballdad are you nuts!
BC win over Silsbee was anything but easy. I don't think winning by 2 or 3 points a game is easy, volleyball fans call that "man that was a close game". If it wasn't for #2 for BC things would have been different. That girl can bring it.

The question is what do you call them Dr. J? Are you trying to compare H-J predistrict to Silsbee? Lets see Houston Sterling two deep in play-offs, PN-G, well everybody knows them, Newton, what more can you say about them. Now what do you call your predistrict Dr. J?
-
Well this is the thing, holding on to the ball. Man these young players for Silsbee are fast, really fast. If and I mean if Silsbee holds on to the ball, This game could be high scoring. If Silsbee lets the ball slip through there hands, so will the game. I believe the defense is still working on things, staying on the field all night is not one of them. Lets go D, suck it up. If Silsbee holds on to the ball this could very well end up in the high 30's or low 40's. And then your adding in that Silsbee is traveling TO Newton, so. Go Tigers!!!

Silsbee will travel to H-F Tues. for this district showdown. Tell us what ya'll think.

Good going girls, keep on rocking. Freshman, JV and Varsity are 2-1 in district. Go Tigers!!!
-
Girls play good won in three games. 2-1 in district.
JV won in two games: 25-16,25-16 2-1 in district.
Don't know about the freshman.

Come on guys did ya'll not see the mistakes that where made:
Quote"That will come Friday night when the Tigers host Port Neches-Groves in their home opener"
Lets see, Silsbee's home opener was last week.
Quote"McGallion's Tigers are coming off a 33-32 season-opening victory at Houston Sterling" :
Remember Silsbee's home opener
Quote"coach Matt Burnett's Indians will enter the game seeking not only their first win but their first score after dropping decisions of 19-0 to Brenham and 7-0 to Crosby." ???
To who?
Please tell me I was not the only one to see this. Not only to Silsbee, but really both Mid-County teams. And as always if I'm wrong, just tell me.
-
Shouldn't be to hard to break ground.

OK, lets see, here we go. This is the way I see it from what I have read from the people on this thread. Silsbee has a young offense that can move the ball and score points. Young offense, so hold on to the ball! PN-G has a really, really, really good defense that has kept them in there games. Silsbee has a young defense that is a work in progress, that also found a way to stop Sterling several times when it had to. PN-G has a confusing offense that not even there fans can stand unless it is just run, run run that has not scored any points against two good teams. This is what I see happening. The Silsbee offense, if they can hold on to the ball, will pose the best test yet for that really good PN-G defense. That really good PN-G defense will be a better test for Silsbees young offense than what we had last week. Now, as for PN-G offense, third times the charm. And as for Silsbees work in progress, the coaches will keep working em and find the right formula so light em up boys because the purple herd is coming and there looking for a party!!! Go Tigers!!!

Man that's a bummer for something that nice. Hope ya'll get it up and going.

Simmer-down-now ST4life, a little to much there. Remember, think before you post and just simmer-down-now, then post it.

Man, I hope this did not go out with the paper today. Who ever wrote this needs to check what he/she is writing. Sad, just truly sad.

Silsbee travels to H-J Friday in a 21-AAA district game. Them me what ya'll think.

Now this is PN-G here. Last year after spanking H Sterling we gave the game away, turning the ball over three times inside the 20 yard line. Had the team to win that game but did not. Well, this games in Silsbee this year, hopefully well hold on to the ball. I still like Silsbee. Go Tigers!!!
